Hi everyone,

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Multiple Erroneous Evri Postage Adjustments
by Seller_qAXHOhnSXisEN

A case has already been opened about the issue, I am posting this here to hopefully raise awareness of the issue...

My account has been billed multiple adjusted charges for many of my sold items where postage was bought via Amazon, with Evri being the courier.

The adjustments are claiming that the original label cost of 2.95 for instance was undercharged, the result is a doubling of the postage fee and £100s of lost revenue.

All items are weighed and measured correctly so what is going on here? A system glitch? Evri trying to pull a fast one?

There is no way in hell that a small item, weighing 200g, measuring 30x 10 cm costs £6+ to send.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's causing me alot of stress it has to be said.

VTR exemptions (cross-border) - 'letter' method
by Seller_NbVRNVFKqcciN

From the Valid Tracking Rate help page in Amazon Germany:

---

VTR exemptions

We don’t calculate VTR for the following seller-fulfilled shipments:

  • Domestic shipments below €15: Shipments from an address in Germany to a delivery address in Germany that have an order value below €15 (including shipping, excluding VAT) and are sent with an untracked ‘letter’ ship method.
  • Cross-border shipments below €20: Shipments to and from the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Austria, Sweden, or Belgium below €20 (including shipping, excluding VAT) are exempt from VTR if shipped using a ‘letter’ method.
  • Digital products such as audio books.
  • Self-delivered shipments (that is, shipments that are delivered using your own logistics).

---

So I asked seller support (on Amazon Germany) what options were considered letters for UK>Germany shipments, and they told me to use Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class.

Anyone got the answer?

The actual shipping service we are using is DHL Globalmail, which is delivered by Deutsche Post as regular international priority business mail.

I have tried using 'Deutsche Post' as the shipping provider and 'Globalmail' (custom input) and 'Kompaktbrief International' (small international letter) but I am still getting VTR hits of 'no valid tracking' for shipments under €20 ex. VAT inc. shipping.

Dear Jeff,

I am reaching out regarding an urgent matter concerning our Amazon Seller account. On 1 May 2025, Amazon requested specific documentation for account verification, which we immediately provided. Since that date, our submission has been under evaluation, with no further updates from the Account Health Support team. We created a case on 9 May But that case is still on transfered. This ongoing delay is severely impacting our business, resulting in significant sales losses and disrupting our operations.

We respectfully request that you expedite this process to restore our account as quickly as possible. This delay has gone beyond acceptable limits, and we are facing considerable consequences as a result.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your support in resolving it swiftly.

Best regards,

Added those details in this

Our account is deactivated due to Identity Verification

Hello Sellers,

Three months ago, we announced New term financing option available for eligible UK sellers. We have noticed several questions about Amazon's new financing partner, TradeBridge, and wanted to create a comprehensive guide addressing the most common queries. As an Amazon-vetted finance partner for UK sellers, TradeBridge offers funding solutions of up to £5,000,000 with flexible terms and competitive rates.

In this post, we will cover:

✅ Who TradeBridge is and their credentials

✅ How their financing compares to previous Amazon Term Loans

✅ Key features and benefits

✅ Eligibility requirements and application process

We have organized the information in a Q&A format to make it easier to navigate. If you have additional questions after reading, please feel free to ask them in the comments below.

💡 Let's dive into the details...

Q1: Who is TradeBridge and why should I trust them?

TradeBridge is one of two finance partners, selected by Amazon to offer funding to UK sellers. They have over 10 years of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) funding experience. TradeBridge has been thoroughly vetted by Amazon and is trusted to provide financing solutions specifically designed for marketplace sellers. More information about them can be found at TradeBridge’s Website.

Q2: How does TradeBridge financing compare to the discontinued Term Loans underwritten by Amazon?

To qualify for TradeBridge financing, Amazon UK sellers must first meet specific eligibility requirements and receive an invitation to apply. Through TradeBridge's program, sellers can access financing by selling their future receivables, with convenient repayment through fixed monthly installments. This financing solution offers more generous funding amounts and flexibility compared to Amazon's discontinued Term Loans program.

Features of TradeBridge financing include:

  • Funding amounts: Up to £5,000,000
  • Term Length: 3-18 months
  • APR range: 9.99% - 24.99%
  • Fixed monthly repayments via direct debit
  • No personal or business credit score impact
  • Estimated approvals within 2-hours
  • No collateral requirements, no personal guarantees
  • Transparent rates
  • Choice of funding date
  • Flexible first repayment date (up to 45 days) after cash disbursement
  • Option for scheduled payment holiday
  • No early repayment penalties
  • Late payment penalties apply for unscheduled missed payments

Q3: What are the eligibility requirements to obtain an invitation and approval?

Amazon uses an automated eligibility model to evaluate sellers who are in good standing. This evaluation considers multiple business performance metrics, including sales growth, order defect rate, customer feedback ratings, shipping performance, and various other proprietary indicators. Sellers interested in checking whether they've received a financing invitation, can find this information on Seller Central either in the 'Recommendations' section on the home page or under the Growth > Lending tab. Once the application has been submitted, TradeBridge begins a comprehensive underwriting process. This includes a whole business track review, Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, and anti-money laundering screenings. Drawing on their 10 years of industry experience, TradeBridge operates responsibly using advanced financial processes to ensure approved offers are made only to clients who can comfortably manage repayments while focusing on the growth of their business.

For more information regarding the Lending Program please visit the Amazon Lending help page.

Delivery Information
by Seller_9jrM2OTozT6ol

I have noticed that Amazon are now telling us (the seller/shipper) when certain business premises are open and closed and in some instances their opening hours. Anyone got any Idea why??? Surely Amazon are aware that sellers/shippers have no control over the national couriers and are not able to dictate the couriers routes and times. Or is there something I am missing??

Hi everyone,

Our account was recently deactivated after being wrongly matched with another seller account located in the same serviced office building, but in a completely different unit (we're Unit 16, they’re Room 106).

We’ve submitted multiple appeals with full legal documents (rental agreement, company registration, VAT certificate) proving we are unrelated businesses — yet we keep receiving the same automated response.

We’re completely stuck and losing business daily.

Has anyone experienced this and managed to get a real person to review their case? Any advice or escalation paths that worked for you would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

izzy

HOW TO REPORT TRADEMARK IPO ABUSE
by Seller_rfg8XDpdK2flw

Dear @Ezra_Amazon @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon,

We are seeing more of an abusive selling practice on Amazon. We have had a situation where a smaller seller has copied all of our images and patented them and then asked Amazon to remove these. We have been selling these items long before this company was even registered and have evidence of this. The IPO office automatically approve any designs, but it can take a very long time for these to be removed / cancelled. It does state on their website "Your invention must be: new - it must not have been made publicly available anywhere in the world"

We have tried explaining this to Amazon and provided evidence of this item being available before these guys wrongly registered a design that is not theirs. We have advised this is a breach of Seller conduct but we are not getting anywhere. We have started to take legal action but this can be takes months. Our account is now at risk of deactivation.

We have been selling on Amazon for a long time. The whole process is so open to abuse, that another seller (as a precaution) just recently trademarked 50 random designs with the IPO from images on Amazon for £90 and plans to do the same thing by reporting all competitors. This is how easy it is get other listings removed for a few months at least and amazon do not do anything

This seller will not get away with this outside of Amazon but it is a shame Amazon know about this abuse but do nothing
