Has anyone else had an email today from Amazon saying congratulations on expanding your store to Amazon.fr, amazon.it and Amazon.es?

I don’t understand at all why I’ve got this email has I’ve always had these stores switched off

My seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of amazons business solutions. Amazon are claiming i have a seperate account which was enforced for violating one of their policies. The issue is, i do not own another account. I only have one. I don't even know what other account they are refering to. If i try appeal it, they say i have to provide proof i do not own that other account. What proof can i show. I tried to email for help but it says that it is the wrong channel. Has anyone gone through this and how can i get amazon to reinstate my account.

our video identity verification video call for funds disbursement after 90 days of account deactivation was completed on 20th Nov 2024 and all documents and everything has been provided. We received a mail on 26th November 2024 that our review will be completed in 5-10 business days. Today is 18th Jan 2025 so it's almost 2 month since we did video call verification and provided all documents. Amazon UK disbursement team is not responding at all. I'm also seeing cases here from 10 months ago stating Amazon UK team isn't providing funds for over 2 years even. kindly help me out so i can withdraw my funds. Amazon UAE and Amazon US finished my review very quickly but UK is withholding funds for no reason and isn't responding or completing the review. In cases, other team's people say we have no further information, will update you when we get it but it doesn't seem like that'll ever happen?

Copy of some e-mails and below for seller forum interest

I have just checked and my account is still deactivated - WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I will check again in one hour, if my account is not returned to full selling status, I have just been advised that the BBC will be contacting you as they want another Amazon story after yourselves selling knifes that are banned in the UK - if my account is not reactivated, I can stand the loss of income as I am only a small seller, and a trusted seller with you for 10 years. This is is the case, then this will make me even more determined to bring Amazon's treatment of well established marketplace sellers into disrupte - do you want the contact details and e-mail address and copies of my correspondence - this may give you the heads up, so to speak. I am only be a small person, and amazon a large institution, but I will find this 'FUN', Amazon may be able to squash me, but hey, I have secondary progressive MS, and I don't really care, but the uk public well may. Oh - they will say, have you seen how Amazon treats its marketplace sellers and especially those who are disabled and injured themselves as while in military servive for there country. Even if my account is not re-activated, this story will not go away now, amazon have damaged my character, reputation and good standing as honest person'

You better get Amazons top man in the UK to call me

I don't care what you do, but but account needs to be reinstated "NOW", I have not done anything wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!! - I have now printed out exhaustive seller forum comments regarding Amazons actions with deactivation and verifying trusted sellers accounts. In light of Amazon letting knife sales through there site in two clicks,, my wife has just chatted with one of her friends at the organisation, as she is a ex-bbc journalist, she can get to the right person for a news story very quickly.

Deactivation and disabled marketplace sellers

Hi,

Why if this is the case did you 'Amazon' send me this e-mail notification (as pasted below) yesterday at 22.36 - Also I am quite happy for you Amazon to imply that 'I am stupid' and can't supply correct information to Amazon, the same information that I have provided every nine months, as this is how many times over the last two years I have provided verification. Why after 10 years of selling on amazon are you now saying 'I am not trustworthy or not of a good nature to sell on Amazon' - I either you put my selling activities back how they should be otherwise, my wife, who is an ex BBC journalist will speak to some of her friends with BBC breakfast and news regarding this and also other sellers you are doing to too, as noted on the seller forum. Perhaps then you may be able to put someone up for interview on the TV regarding how you treat honest sellers - I am happy to close my account but I want to know how and when you will pay existing funds to me? and if as you say I am not a trustworthy person and you cannot verify my banks details, how you will pay me?

Also on another note I received a War Pension and Service invaliding pension for injuries I suffered on service in the British Army during February 1991. I also have secondary progressive MS, for which I get PIP payments for.

So I think that this will also be another tag - 'Amazon treats disabled people as second rate marketplace sellers' -

I raised a query around additional charges after i have bought shipping, an additional £1... here and there. It is not VAT. They said it may be charges levied by Evri. Now, i measure and weigh my items and ALWAYS put bigger dimensions and weights in so i'm covered. However, amazon cannot answer why i keep getting extra charges.

I want to contact the shipping team but alas, no i cannot. All i keep getting is this. Are the 'other' team as useless as SS??

1. La denuncia es sobre SINGULARITY – Amazon tiene esta historia en sus recomendaciones de servicio de confianza! La verdad es que al que AVALARA termino es servicio hemos pasado a SINGULARITY. Hemos recibido solo un importe de la cantidad que tenemos que pagar para Francia y nada más!

- No hemos recibido ninguna declaración presentada desde 10.2024

- No se presentan las declaraciones

- No responden de los correos de trabajo

De momento SINGULARITY parecen mas de ESTAFADORES y no cumplen con el contrato que hemos firmado y pagado por adelantado un año.

No entendemos como Amazon aconseja el uso de SINGULARITY en “Conoce a tus proveedores de servicios de IVA”

Good Afternoon, I was sent an email to register for an virtual verification interview. I registered 3 preferred dates last week but did receive a confirmation email or any reply. The dates have now pasted and I can’t reuse the link to register again. All my emails are going unanswered.
