Hello Everyone,

I'm confused why Amazon fulfillment centers are removing glass jars from protective packaging and shipping them in envelopes, causing customer damage and reputation risk. Every damaged jar represents a lost customer and a potential negative product review risk.

We created case ID: 18024689321

So, for us to call a person at Amazon, should we ask for them not to remove them from their own protective box, as this was the box we made for the Jars to avoid damage, and reimbursement for the orders that had been damaged as FBA?

Hi everyone,

I received the following notification from Amazon :

"We will remove brand listings from Amazon.com on June 23, 2025. You will no longer be able to create new listings for these products... We are taking this action because our records indicate that your business is operating outside of Amazon.com..."

According to the message, my products are being restricted because my account is supposedly based outside of Amazon.com. I’ve been informed that I won’t be able to relist these ASINs or create new ones, and that only sellers meeting specific requirements will be eligible to sell them. They also mention that I can submit a dispute if I believe this was done in error.

I'm only selling on amazon.com.

¿It could be because my account is registered outside the US?

I have a few questions and would apreciate advice or experiences from sellers who’ve gone through something similar:

Has anyone else had listings removed due to being identified as operating outside Amazon.com?

What’s the most effective way to submit a dispute through the “View Selling Applications” dashboard Is there a real chance of reactivating listings by proving compliance with safety and regulatory standards?

Amazon says I should remove the inventory, but it doesn't give me the option to remove it.

Has anyone had success in reinstating listings after a well-supported appeal?

Any suggestions, shared experiences, or examples of successful appeals would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to find a viable path forward before initiating a full inventory removal.

I’m planning to update the product images for one of my listings because we’re switching to new packaging (bottle + label). However, the product itself hasn’t changed at all—same ingredients, same size, same formula.

I want to make sure I can update the images without creating a new ASIN, so I don’t lose our existing reviews or ranking history.

Has anyone here gone through a similar update?

Were there any issues with Amazon rejecting the image change?

Did you notify customers in the images or description?

Did you experience any impact on returns or confusion from customers?

Appreciate any tips or lessons learned!

I am currently in the process of setting up my Amazon seller account, and I noticed that the France marketplace (amazon.fr) is not available in my account under the “Account Select” or “Linked Marketplaces” section.

I would like to sell in the European region, particularly in France. However, it seems that the European marketplaces are not linked or accessible from my current account.Could you please assist me in adding the European region — especially the France marketplace — to my account? If a separate registration is required, kindly guide me through the necessary steps.

Amazon will of course be giving out their numbers, but those don't reflect on individual sellers.

In order to gather some insights into the success or failure of this years Amazon Prime Day (Week); let's all compare notes on:

  1. Traffic: Increase / decrease such as click on your products YoY from last years Prime Day?
  2. Ad Spend: Increase / decrease compared to last years Prime Day?
  3. Sales: Increase / decrease compared to last years Prime Day?

I had a buyer purchase on April 26th. It was delivered April 29th. She opened a return on May 2nd. She Returned on JUNE 12th. I opened a Safe-T claim on June 24th as the ReFund window was well past 30 days. It was denied as I had not received the return yet. I received the return and appealed. The Buyer also decided to return a damaged item that was not the same as I sent out. Again denied. Please assist. I provided sceen shots of all the dates and this should have been a no-brainer reimbursement.

I have had the the same ASIN (B07LB3VGL5) on AMAZON with the same barcode for 11 years. Suddenly, upon sending in product, just like I normally do, my product went missing. The issue was investigated and I was reimbursed for lost inventory.

I sent in another shipment, same result. I sent in another and another. Same result, each time. It was finally discovered that Amazon assigned my product to a barcode belonging to a completely different company that we have nothing to do with. After months of research and phone calls and chats the barcode was corrected. However, now I have one barcode for two listings. One listing, B00YK73XYO does not exist, the other B07LB3VGL5 is the correct listing and has been in existence for 11 years.

Because of this mistake, I am not able to replenish inventory and have not been able to sell my successful product on Amazon for over two months. It would seem to me, the easy thing to do is simply delete the incorrect ASIN permanently off the catalog.

Help!

My account got deactivated i am a new seller they asked for invoice my manufacturer gave me everything still they rejected the appeal declaration brand authorization invoices delivery note receipts and supplier info too I'm very much tensed about the issue as my funds are stuck without any reason my even my documentation is legit. can anyone please help if the what should be the template of invoices as they rejected the previous ones invoices and what should i do next
