Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am following up regarding my ongoing appeal about storage fees charged during my account suspension from June 27, 2024, to April 26, 2025.

Seller Central Case Number: [17705901791]

Email Appeal Submitted to Disbursement Appeals Team: May 11, 2025

As detailed in both communications, my account was locked during this entire period, with no ability to remove inventory or make sales. Despite this, storage fees exceeding $4,500 were charged and later deducted, resulting in a negative balance on my account.

I provided detailed storage transaction reports and proof of inactivity in the email sent to the Disbursement Appeals Team.

Could you please provide an update on the status of this appeal and advise on next steps or resolution?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Seller ID: A1UEE7J2YXBRMD

Account deactivated/hacking
by Seller_2libGEIRIcmZQ

hello, I’m not sure if my account is really hacked or something. I’ve tried changing my password. But when I go to account overview it keeps telling me that my charge method needs to be updated which I did. First I updated it on the app on my phone and then I noticed when I logged in on the browser it still wasn’t updated so I tried again. And then I tried again on my iPad. However when I use the browser specifically on my phone it then reroutes me to log back in but it makes me log back into Amazon seller central for Europe?? I tried everything to make sure I’m just selling in the United States but it keeps happening. And then it’s also asking for identification reverificiation but then after I verified again it just keeps saying “please wait…… page will refresh in 30 secs”. Then it just stays stuck on that page

No sales in a week!
by Seller_8cIsVssvO29X6

What is going on? Normally about 10 sales per week - none for 7 days now. Worst week in 15 years of selling books and magazines on Amazon. Isn't anyone reading?

Hey, I have a question — is anyone else having trouble getting ungated on Amazon using invoices directly from the brand? I’m working with a brand and submitted proper invoices, but Amazon has rejected them 4 times already this month.

Something I’ve noticed is that they don’t seem to accept PayPal invoices or invoices that look too simple or informal. It’s honestly really confusing.

Does anyone know what kind of invoice format or generator Amazon actually accepts? Also, is there any other option to get approved to sell the brand if invoices keep getting rejected?

Any tips would be appreciated!

I submitted all documents for the Inform act and they were all accepted days ago. I completed the certification and submitted the appeal. I have no violations of any kind on my account. Despite this my account is still not being reinstated.

I have submitted an appeal 3 times already and I'm being told there isn't enough information to reinstate my account. The performance notifications I get each time are generic. When I open a case it gets closed and I get an automated response almost immediately

Please someone assist me in what I need to do to get reinstated. Again no Violations, Account is showing a healthy 200, all info is up to date, and no notifications or banners on my account health page other than Your account is deactivated.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent deactivation of some of my product listings, which were flagged as having a “Potential Price Error.” Upon thoroughly reviewing the situation, I found that my listings were priced lower than those of other sellers offering the exact same item. Despite this, my listings were the only ones removed for allegedly being priced too high, which appears both inconsistent and unfair.

My pricing strategy is carefully considered to remain competitive in the marketplace while also accounting for the growing fees associated with selling on Amazon. These fees can significantly impact profit margins, and as a result, I—and many other small business sellers—must strike a delicate balance between affordability and sustainability. It is concerning that such listings are being penalized despite offering competitive pricing.

This issue reflects a broader systemic challenge for small businesses operating on Amazon. Unlike third-party sellers, Amazon does not incur the same fees when selling its own products, giving it considerable pricing flexibility. This imbalance creates a situation in which small businesses are often forced to lower prices beyond sustainable levels simply to keep their listings active. In some cases, this can lead to sellers operating at a loss, which is clearly unsustainable.

Amazon's marketplace thrives in large part due to the diversity and depth of its catalog, much of which is contributed by independent and small business sellers like us. The success of the platform is not Amazon’s alone—it has been built through a partnership with countless entrepreneurs who trust Amazon as a fair and viable sales channel. If sellers are continuously penalized or disadvantaged by opaque and rigid pricing policies, that partnership becomes strained.

We, as small businesses need:

1. Clarification on how pricing error flags are triggered, particularly when a listing is priced lower than competing offers.

2. Transparency around the review process for flagged listings.

3. Consideration of policy updates that reflect the operational realities and challenges faced by small businesses.

Thank you.

We can't contact the buyer because you took away our ability to tell the buyer that his shipment is undeliverable. You are creating very BAD customer experiences

by Seller_nCjdoVXhm36Gt

Hello my question is that LOGO should be on the product or it can be only on the Packaging ? If the logo is only on the packaging would it be acceptable by Amazon?

Thank you

I have been selling on the Amazon platform for almost a decade as a merchant fulfilled seller. I sell my branded batteries. Earier this year, Amazon incorrectly flagged my batteries as a medical device, and said I violated their policy by selling a medical device which is incorrect. They asked for pictures of the package, product, etc. I have provided all of this, but then they keep asking for a 510K number as they think my item is a medical device. I do not have a 510K number, and even submitted my UL certificate to the case which clearly states that the item that UL (a reputable certification) certified this as a battery. I keep getting the same copy and paste response from the representatives, and even have asked the reps to transfer the case to an American based team as they do not seem to understand that a battery is not a medical device and just copy and paste the same response every time which has become infuriating.

I am asking for anyones advice and mods to help me get more assistance on this as I believe that the product listing, my pictures I have submitted of the packaging, UL certification etc. clearly proves that Amazon incorrectly flagged and suspended my account for selling medical devices when I ONLY sell my brand of batteries.

I even went ahead and deleted the listing so Amazon cannot say I am selling "medical devices"; however, Amazon still will not reinstate the account and the reps still ask for a 510K.
