Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue on my Seller Central account. Currently, I am unable to list any products. Whenever I try to apply for approval to list a product, I get the message:

“Your account does not qualify.”

I’m not sure what exactly is causing this, and I couldn’t find any clear explanation in Seller Central.

If I can’t sell anything at all, this account becomes completely useless for me.

Has anyone experienced this before? What steps did you take to resolve it?

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

I need assistance please with the link as it does not work. I have been asked to follow the next instructions to complete the virtual identity verification: 1. Access the following link:

BUT I have tried numerous times and the link does not work. I have tried in both Chrome and Safari. I have deleted my history, cookies and cleared the cache and it still does not work. I queried it and was just sent the same link. I can see many others have had the same problem but I cannot see a solution posted.

This is really urgent now as my account has been deactivated, I believe in error and I really need to discuss this with someone.

Hello,

My brand (Brand Name) + GTIN exemption was approved for listing across all marketplaces under Case ID: 11296352352. I received the approval email more than 24 hours ago, but I am still unable to create a new listing.

When I try to use the “Add a Product” tool, I select the blank form, enter product details, skip the product ID (as instructed), and type the (brand name) in the Brand name field, but I still see the “Apply to Sell” button instead of being allowed to submit the product listing, and there is no error 5665 — just the “Apply to Sell” message.

Here is a copy of the approved email:

Thanks for giving us the chance to help you with your request. I'm glad to inform you that we've completed our review and we've accepted your application for ** Brand name ** across all stores/countries. You can now create new ASINs using ** Brand name **.

Note that the Brand name fields are case sensitive, there are no spelling errors, or extra spaces in the prefix, suffix, or in between the Brand value.

If you continue to encounter 5665 error for the above approved Brand and Category, we recommend waiting. After being approved to create new listings, it can take up to 24 hours for the system to reflect the changes.

If 5665 error persists post 24 hours, please resubmit the application with the latest screenshot of the error code 5665 with ** Brand name ** and a timestamp visible in the background.

I appreciate any help!

I am writing to address an urgent issue regarding the Seller Central account.

I am being charged for the Mexico Professional Selling Plan since April 2025, which I have never used and never intended to use.

I request a full refund for all these unauthorized charges from April/4/2025 and have continued until the present date

Additionally, please provide the process to downgrade my current professional selling account to an Individual account to avoid future fees.

Dear Amazon Selling Forum Support,

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding Shipment ID FBA18VN26YQ7, which was delivered to your SCK8 Fulfillment Center on May 2, 2025, at 12:34 PM, as confirmed by FedEx (Tracking #287110029880). Despite clear evidence of delivery, none of the 112 units across 21 cartons (total weight: 831.6 lbs / 377.21 kgs) were checked in, and the shipment was closed with the remark “No shipment problems found” (Case ID: 18024090691, 18032357071). And the support is denying any reimbursement claim for the following units because "did not receive all of the expected quantities". No one item from 21 biggest cartons in total! At first, the support service reassured me and asked me to wait for the shipment close day but now it was rejecting any requests! This has resulted in a loss of inventory valued at more than $4,300 USD.

The shipment was delivered to SCK8 with a signed POD, yet Amazon has not checked in any of the 112 units. According to Amazon’s FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy, Amazon is responsible for the inventory once it is delivered to a fulfillment center. The closure of the shipment with “No shipment problems found” is incorrect, as none of the delivered units have been accounted for in my inventory.

All the supporting Documentation Provided:

- Proof of Delivery (POD) from FedEx, confirming delivery of 21 cartons to SCK8 on May 2, 2025.

- Supplier Invoice, verifying ownership and quantities of the shipped units.

- Packing List, detailing the contents of each carton.

- Bill of Lading (BOL) from my freight forwarder, confirming the shipment of 21 cartons.

- Shipment Labels: All cartons and units were properly labeled with FBA shipment labels and FNSKU barcodes as per Amazon’s requirements.

Please check the case ID's 18024090691, 18032357071, and let me know if any updates on this investigation. I have been a dedicated Amazon US seller since 2016 and trust that this matter will be resolved promptly.

I believe our pain cream product is being blocked because we are using the working "pain relief". Can anyone verify this?

I noticed that there are many similar products on Amazon that use the "pain relief" wording so I am confused as to why some are blocked and some are allowed to use.

Hello, there is a video on my listing made and tagged by an Amazon creator and influencer which has a video title for their product experience video using a trademarked word. I cannot contact the influencer anymore and have opened a case where the agent advised me to just click the flag button to report.

I have done so, but would like the team to help follow up with an internal ticket to remove that trademarked word in the title of the video. Please see my case ID for the ASIN as well as the title of the video which we are referring to. The trademarked word is "nugget" and we will need help removing it from the product detail page's video title as this video does not belong to my brand so I cannot modify it in my catalog under manage videos.

HELP! I'm stuck in an appeal loop! I heard from @Seller_nt9X7GoCkqXGBsaying there was an email sent on 8/10 of last year. there is nothing in my notifications from that date and there is no message which works. Everything leads me back to my account page.

For some reason, my completely healthy amazon account was deactivated due to "verification failure". I had submitted my ID and all the paperwork I've always used for everything. I'm not sure why it failed verification.

I'm happy to remedy this, but when i contact seller support they tell me to click the option to "submit appeal" but there is NO option. This has been going on for months. I've even posted in the forums and someone emailed me to say click the appeal option. AGAIN, there is no appeal option. Can anyone offere advice on this? i don't know what to do at this point.
