Case ID: 18055149181

Our product has been selling for years. Amazon decided to change the size of the product. This is a table runner. 12" x 72", as stated in the title. However, Amazon has changed the SIZE attribute to 144" x 72".

This size is radically inaccurate. The change Amazon made has caused us returns, poor reviews, and negative seller feedback.

Amazon should not be altering PHSYICAL properties of products that have been for sale.

Seller support gives copy and paste response, "we feel this is best for your product"....

This is insane. We're talking about physical dimensions of a product that Amazon has materially altered and customers are angry.

Need help from mods to change the size back asap. The size is already correctly listed in seller central but does not update to the PDP.

Size should be 12" x 72"

Please help.

Questions:

1. Was this system designed by a Department of Defense Committee? It feels like it?

2. Why is customer support worthless? If anyone has issues with a banner blocking the top of the seller central selections, Switch out of NextGen, that will fix it. I spent hours troubleshooting with customer service, and they told me the issue was on my end. While sort of true, they never even suggested deactivating the Next Gen Experience.

3. Is there a document that has example of compliance systems?

Dear Amazon

I can confirm that this customer deliberately left a malicious review on my product ASIN.

Here is the evidence I collected:

1.The reviewer's profile shows only two comments, both negative, both on the same product but from different seller storefronts. A genuine buyer typically would not purchase the same product from multiple sellers simply to leave negative reviews. This behavior suggests this reviewer is not a real end user but likely a fake or coordinated account.

2. Both reviews contain identical wording, including Spanish text claiming:

"Y encima estoy solicitando el reembolso, y me dicen que si me lo aprueban, me van a

reembolsar solo $39"

However, before receiving the review, we never contacted the buyer, nor did the buyer contact us at any time. There was no refund discussion initiated or processed. The statement in the review is therefore factually incorrect and does not reflect any real transaction or dialogue.

3. Further investigation shows another storefront selling the same product has one review from the same reviewer, using exactly the same wording, this reinforces the likelihood that these are coordinated fake reviews, not genuine purchase feedback.

Therefore, I asked Amazon to help remove this review.

New GS1 UPCs not recognized by Amazon – need help from Mods or Catalog Team

We recently purchased a new set of GTIN/UPC codes directly from GS1 US (Company Prefix: 0850077253) for our brand Merry Minis. All codes are active, compliant, and properly registered. We’ve verified everything with GS1 — they confirmed that the issue is not on their end.

However, when trying to create new product listings, we consistently receive the following error:

“The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN.”

We submitted the required documentation to Seller Support — including our GS1 Company Prefix Certificate and screenshot from GS1 US Data Hub — but we keep receiving generic responses stating that the UPC is invalid.

This appears to be part of a broader, system-level issue affecting sellers with new GS1 prefixes, where Amazon's backend does not properly recognize recently registered UPCs.

So...this is really part 2 to a problem I had a few months ago with another seller who reported me and all other sellers on a listing for IP. I was able to work thru the issue. Case17659896231

The listing has now been taken down, as Trademark. Complicating things is the original lister used their business name as the Brand Name. I contacted Seller Support with case 18046121861 and the staff immediately denied it with a scripted response. I requested reconsideration and escalation. I have invoices to prove I sell authentic Branded items for the listing. I am unable to change the Brand. I am unable to create a variation. I am unable to fix this myself.

Can someone from Amazon please assist?

every time I trust to report a fraudulent listing stealing my pictures and ruining my reputation I cant report it. Quite insane that the chat reps cannot help with this and copy and paste the same messages over and over.

Hello.

I’m reaching out again regarding the selling restrictions placed on our brand’s ASINs, which continue to prevent our authorized resellers from listing our products, even though they have our full permission and are part of our official distribution network.

We’ve reviewed your previous response, which stated the restrictions are in place to “protect Amazon customers.” While we absolutely support Amazon’s efforts to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, this explanation doesn’t quite make sense in our case. These resellers are trusted partners whom we've vetted and authorized directly. Their listings represent genuine, brand-approved products, and they follow all of our brand guidelines.

It’s increasingly difficult to understand why Amazon would override the brand owner’s decision to allow specific resellers, especially when we are working hard to build a consistent and reliable experience for customers. Blocking these sellers not only disrupts our go-to-market strategy but also limits product availability for buyers, which seems counter to the goal of customer protection.

We truly want to work collaboratively with Amazon, and we're hoping for more clarity and a path forward here. We’re happy to provide any necessary documentation or context to support this request. We just ask that our brand’s authorization decisions be respected as part of the Brand Registry relationship.
