Hi everyone,

A while ago, I opted for Amazon’s VPOB service for Karnataka and paid the third-party company. But due to some extra charges I wasn’t informed about, I backed off and got my refund.

Now I want to proceed again and get my GST certificate with the VPOB service — but the old workflow is still stuck on “Payment completed, registration in progress”, and I’m unable to reset or start a fresh registration.

Support hasn’t been able to resolve it so far. Has anyone else faced this or found a way to restart the VPOB process?

Would appreciate any help!

Hi everyone,

I mistakenly selected “No” for food while registering my product for the Maharashtra FC, but I do sell food items. I reached out to support, and they said it’s forwarded to the internal team — but it’s been 25 days with no resolution or update.

The option is disabled on my side, so I can’t edit it myself. This is blocking my inventory planning.

If anyone has faced this or knows how to escalate properly, please help 🙏

in new fees structure amazon reduce shipping fees and charges zero commission under 299 product.also they are chrge 5 rupees fixed clossing fees

but if we are shipping throw FBA in IXD progran they are charge pick and pack fees 14 to 17 also in 299 product they are charge fixed clossing fees 25 this not good. for 299 product we can not afford fba beacause we already pay money when we create shipment to send at warehouse also we gave charges for storage fees and we gave 25 clossing fees thats not fair

if amazon will reduce this fixed clossing fees in fba order than seller will gave best price to customer also we can do fba and gave customer to offer fastes delivery..

Nowadays easyship courier boys found new trick to keep seller returns. They are marking return shipments as Seller Refused or Seller not available Those returns shipments are never delivered When I raise Safe T claims, amazon seller support is denying my claims every time and replying that copy paste answers, We attempted delivery and you have refused or non available Courier fellows never call me....before safe t claims were given, but now amazon seller support also not in seller favour Time has come to quit amazon and join other Platforms who charge 0% commissions

Hi everyone,

For the past 15 days, all my Easy Ship orders are getting delayed shipping dates (2–3 days ahead), even though I pack and keep them ready the same day. I checked all my settings – handling time is 1 day, holiday calendar is clear, and my order capacity is high.

Still, Amazon’s system is giving far pickup dates. Support says it’s auto-calculated by AI and can’t be changed.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? Is there any real solution to fix this delay?
