Reimbursement Value on Handmade Items

Amazon acknowledged they lost 3 pieces of my last shippement however only reimbursed 14 usd on a 45-55 usd items price tag... this doesnt even cover materials I contested this and was directed to a tool to dispute this by submitting an invoice... I contacted seller central remarking im a handmade seller hence i would never have any purchase invoice... their answer was sure we can help as long as you provide an invoice... deep breath.....

anyone can help or point out how to address best in the future? I heard somewhere (lost the article) there is a way to input our costs... contacted seller central to point me in the right direction,... they are playing dumb as if they don't understand what i'm talking about... deep breath again....

Amazon once again pulls the rug out from under us. The only money maker I had going in the fragrance department is now blocked. I am trying. I am trying my hardest to stay specialized, but big brother is not making it easy. I can't tell if they really want us Sellers to succeed or not.

Not sure what to do here.

We were notified of a return request. The item sold and shipped was a vinyl record.

Reason given for return by buyer is "wrong item received" claiming they received a cassette tape instead of a vinyl record.

We did not send them a cassette. Recently, we started the practice of taking photos of every item we pack and ship, so I have photos of the items that were shipped.

Buyer went ahead and started the return process and tracking indicates the item is currently in transit to us. God knows what I will receive in the mail.

This is clearly fraud. I should not be required to refund them for a fraudulent return request. How can I remedy this? Mod help on this please. Thank you

what do I lose downgrading my account?

since AZ has all but put me out of business by gating hallmark and barbie, I want to downgrade my account. no sense in paying $39/ mo for the pitiful number of listing I have left.

I seem to remember something about shipping templates and maybe the losing the buy box.

does anyone know the details of what options will no longer be available?

BTW: I mostly have dvds left. if I lost the shipping templates, how much does AZ charge buyers for shipping them?

Because I don't have a payment card, I bought an Amazon account through a friend's introduction, and then changed the Amazon store. I changed all the information of the original seller to my information, which triggered the [Consumer Notification Act]. The identity verification of the [Consumer Notification Act] directly rejected my information!

Statement: My business license and ID card are real, and I am a new seller! But I can't pass the system's [Consumer Notification Act]. There is no appeal entry on the identity information verification page!

I looked for seller support and the robot responded uniformly. They did not manually review it. My information is very complete. I will attach the rejection email and the rejection page. Please help me. I am in a very difficult situation now.

How to get Amazon to recognize a fake review

We've gotten a review on our listing that definitely violates Amazon guidelines, but we're not sure what else we can do to get Amazon's attention

The review in question is an obvious copy-paste because the same user also posted the same completely identical review on another item from a different seller on the exact same day. Even the typo in the review text was copied over. The title heading was also the same, with the substitution of a dollar sign in place of "money" on the second review (very clever dude...very subtle).

Both are bulk items, so it defies common sense that someone would buy both in good faith (no one could need that much), test them out, then coincidentally post identical reviews on the same day. The customer also hasn't responded to any outreach from us, nor have they requested a refund or returned the item, which is odd when the review complains about a "waste of money".

We've already sent a message to the community health email address we got from customer support, as well as filing a policy violation complaint (ID# 17842188951 if you're listening Amazon), but so far it's been radio silence ever since. What else can we do to get their attention?

I've been selling on FBA for several years, but only recently started selling FBM. I've recently been getting messages about customers not finding their products, eventually they do find them, but I am sure I will come across a buyer who states that they can not find their package, even though tracking states that it's been delivered.

I printed my own shipping labels though, not Amazon. I've read that I may have to refund because of that, and would be out of luck. Is that really the case?
