Dear Amazon Moderators,
I’m reaching out for urgent help regarding a fake, malicious review that is actively damaging our new product launch and putting our business at serious risk.
We are the brand owner for ASIN B0D88K9BZQ, and we recently launched this product, investing heavily in marketing and enrolling in the Amazon Vine program, where we’ve been receiving genuine, positive customer reviews from real Vine members.
Unfortunately, we are now facing a fake 1-star review from an unverified source, clearly intended to harm our listing:
“Battery lies! Lasts only 5 days.”
This reviewer did not purchase the product (no Verified Purchase) and their statement is factually false and misleading.
We’ve already submitted multiple cases through Brand Registry and Seller Support, but the review remains live. The negative impact on our conversion rate, organic ranking, and sales momentum is immediate and severe.
Given that this ASIN is new and that our early reviews have been earned through Vine with real testing, this single fake review is skewing our star rating unfairly and threatening the success of the entire launch.
We respectfully ask for Moderator escalation to the appropriate Amazon teams for urgent removal of this clearly abusive review.
We value Amazon’s efforts to maintain review integrity and trust that this case will be taken seriously given the damage being caused.
Thank you for your urgent help,
