I started selling in Amazon 6 months back, I started as FBM initially there were pickup misses and my despatch rate was getting affected.

I moved all my listing to FBA thinking that might solve the problem, but initially pickups were done promptly but now for past 15 days my shipments are not picked up.

Seller support seems to be a joke because everytime I raise a case they give a standard reply that the concerned team have been informed with highest priority only to see that the pickup not happening as promised.

Fake orders on COD and Fake Rejection

Dear Amazon,

We are writing to express our serious concerns regarding a recurring issue of fake Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed by customers. These customers are placing orders and then rejecting them during transit or upon delivery, often after the package has been opened by your inspection team. This practice is causing significant financial losses and operational challenges for us as sellers.

Our products are handmade, and our packaging is designed to protect these unique items. When rejected packages are opened by your inspection team at the hub, it often leads to the product being damaged or compromised, rendering it unsellable. We urge you to refrain from opening rejected COD packages during their return transit, especially those that have been refused by the customer without being opened by them.

Furthermore, we request that Amazon implement a penalty system for customers who repeatedly engage in such fraudulent behavior. The current situation forces sellers to absorb substantial losses, including advertising costs, platform fees, storage fees, shipping fees, packaging costs, and the cost of damaged goods. This is unsustainable and significantly impacts our ability to operate profitably on your platform. We believe many other sellers are facing similar challenges.

We are incurring significant losses due to these issues. If a solution is not found, we will unfortunately be forced to reconsider our continued presence on the Amazon platform. We kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and prompt action to address these concerns.

Brand Trademark Query

Hello. Do I need to register only the name (wordmark) for trademarking the brand or can I submit the logo too along with it on the trademark registering portal, if I have to sell as a brand on amazon India?

If I register the logo also, will amazon create issues in registration? I received a form to fill from a 3rd party. On the form is written:

" If you are selling products on Amazon, they only accept “Wordmark”. If your brand name contains logo, you may need to apply two trademark applications one with the logo (Device mark) and another application without logo (Wordmark)"

This listing was originally created by me and I have invested time and resources into developing the content. I kindly request Amazon to review this matter and take appropriate action against the unauthorized usage, including removing the duplicate or hijacked listing if necessary.

I am facing the same issue from last 2 years, I tried my best but every time my orders stolen by Amazon delivery boys and Amazon denied the claims some order lost in transit but Amazon shows that delivery boys tried to deliver the returned order and delivery denied by us, I contact to customer care for lost orders they suggest me to wait for 50 days after refund date, after 50 days I contact to claim team, they replied that I am late to fill safe-t-claim, this is the biggest scam in india, and seller can not do anything.

Amazon I am a small time business owner. I test every product that I ship for any defects or damage yet i receive most of it as returns, when I investigate upon it i came to know that the replacements are placed by greedy buyers who returns their product on 19th day as in the promised return window of 10 days by amazon.

Since there is delayed payments we cannot sustain and re stock the items as small business. because of the 10 days return policy we are getting paid only after 10 days of the product return window closed. Do we get paid after 10 days? No, after placing the order it take at least a week to receive by customers so that is 7 days totally 17days delay, after receiving the product will be returned for the reason DAMAGED on the 9th day. how funny. we are waiting for nearly 16 days just to process that replacement and pay for their product deliveries.

Amazon charges eats up our profits where we invest money and you are profiting from it. You take referral fee, closing fee separately. I we have to run ads to sell our products and then boom you got extra amount in ads. I will be happy at least if the ads runs well, no its not.

Then the king arrives Deliveries, the deliveries eats most of the profits, we have to ship the product for 1st time then pay for delivery. we get a return fake request and charged for the return delivery, and send the product again with extra delivery charges. where is our profit?? amazon logistics is a filthy business.

WE PAY FOR THE STOCK, ADs, AMAZON, DELIVERY AND TAX THEN RECIEVE RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST. NO PROFIT PURELY A SCAM DONE BY AMAZON.

People have to understand this and opt for to not sell on amazon. please let me know if any other platform is there to sell.
