over the last few day the estimated delivery time for premium shipping is incorrect. both 1 day and 2 is active on the shipping template but 1 day is not even showing on the asin at checkout.

and when we deactivate the 2 day shipping, 1 day shows but the EDD is more far ahead than 2 day shipping! 2 day delivery times are correct but 1 day is not showing.

Genuinely at my wits end.

Trying to optimise my product names to further boost sales.

Wanting to update names and details etc. Amazon is now telling me to delete the listing and open a new one.

A few days ago I had the same issue. Followed Amazon's advice, deleted my listings. Tried to make new ones, error 8541. They were apparently attributed to products removed for violations. Crazy that, considering I've had them for nearly 2 decades now.

I digress.

Amazon were categorically refusing to either add my old listing back up, or open my new listing, until I proved the thousands of units of stock I have are actually mine. When I asked why their system went to an old product that was removed instead of cross-referencing or looking at the product I had listed literal days prior, they told me generic copy and paste answers without seeming to look at the situation. Brand Registry felt absolutely meaningless at this point. However, I found a solution, and have my products relisted with what I hope are more optimised titles and descriptions. Time will tell I suppose.

I am now trying to update my last product, ASIN B0DNR4RFS2. Yet to see a single sale on it, been listed since November. Admittedly, the page is weak and un-optimised. I get that. I'm trying to fix that.

Can someone please explain to me why, when I have changed, via 'Edit Listing', solely my product name to a more optimised version, ie 'Thirsty Splash 19L Polycarbonate Bottled Water' to 'Thirsty Splash Still Water – 19 L Reusable BPA-Free Polycarbonate Jug – Pure, Smooth Taste – Eco-Friendly & Recyclable,' wherein all the previous words for the product title are still present, I am getting an error 8541? Moreover, I have gone through Brand Registry successfully on this product too.

Am I no longer able to update the product details? Am I being stupid and missing something obvious? Did I list it incorrectly? Is my punishment another circular conversation with Seller Support?

Any advice would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Hi I have been ignoring the alert to update my selling information and today saw my account put on hold until i uploaded the info required. I did this earlier today and submitted but nothing has changed. Tried submitting multiple times but still nothing. Spoke with seller help and they said i haven't yet pressed submit. Tried using different docs and still no change.

Does this normally take a while to be looked at or should it be pretty instant? After i click submit the next page says the information is being reviewed and the page will refresh in 30 seconds. After a minute or so it refreshes and prompts me to "review and update my selling on amazon account information". Back on the dashboard there is nothing to say my uploaded information is under review and there is no sign of any change after pressing submit except I get a performance notification which states "We are conducting a review of your Amazon Payments Account. We need additional information or documents to continue with your account verification. In accordance with regulations, you must complete an account verification process. Please go to the Identity Information page to provide the required information or documents:"

Am i doing something wrong? My account has been on hold all day and I can't see how to get it back active again. I have checked each document fits the criterea they have asked for and that all information provided matches.

I’m posting here after getting stuck in an unresolved loop with both regular support and the executive escalation team.

Issue Summary:

My Product Charges in settlement reports are drastically lower than my actual shipped order volume and sales figures.

For the period 27 May – 10 June, I had 483 shipped orders and over £14,000 in sales (per Business Reports), but Product Charges in the settlement report only show £8,428.88.

For 10 June – 15 June, there were 144 shipped orders and over £6,100 in sales, but only £2,522.22 reported as Product Charges.

Account Reserve is £0, so there’s no holding explanation.

I’ve already:

Raised this under Case ID: 11202651142

Sent a detailed PDF with transaction report analysis to the executive team

Been asked to provide “missing order IDs” even though there are no missing orders — just settlement data not matching sales.

Has anyone experienced similar discrepancies?

I’d really appreciate if any Amazon staff or fellow sellers could advise whether this is:

A known issue?

Something that requires internal reconciliation from the Payments or Technical teams?
