wierd listing issues

I added a new product a week ago totaly diferent to an existing product but Amazon is using the image as the main image from another product of mine, I have added 6 images of the correct item but still it does not update, I have even had to add a warning in the heading saying amazon insist on using the wrong image. I deleted the existing product sadly as it was a good seller trying to sort things out. also at the same time amazon has duplicated another product with the same asin HOW

Hi could someone please help either escalate or advise.

Horsham FC bought a £1k printer from us, they rang after 4 days as DPD had failed to deliver and Amazon refunded them, no problem. It was then delivered a week later to the club. In the meantime they ordered another printer and was successfully delivered. I rang them and they confirmed they have the '1st' printer in their possession. i asked them to raise a return and send it back to us. They haven't they said they are waiting for Amazon to send them a label??? they have made no attempt to raise a return. I have tried raising a safe t claim but get an error messaging saying you have to be debited (i have checked numerous times and the refund has definitely been taken from my money) i raised a case on the 17th June but still have not been answered Case ID 11217280092

I spoke to Amazon customer service on the 2nd July on the whole scenario Case ID 11265151222 and nothing.

I just want the football club to return the printer, they dont need it as they already have one.

The new Northern Ireland set up is causing our little business a few problems which we'd rather avoid. As a result we're having to cancel each Northern Ireland order we receive. Is there a way of turning off Northern Ireland orders so that we can avoid disappointing customers?

I have listed my product under the brand name Generic. I have tried to create cases to change the brand name but Amazon are stating that I can not rebrand a product. Nothing I have said so far has made a difference to the automated reply.

Can you please help me to update brand name, this will help me to analyse my product stats in brand section.

Order Not Reflected in Seller Account

I received a direct email from a customer who placed an order on Amazon and provided the order details, including the order number. However, when I checked my seller account, the order does not appear in the system, and I have not received any notification from Amazon regarding this order.

Could you please assist in verifying this order and let me know how to proceed?

This Book is from 1978 (almost 40 years old) and is listed as NEW !

Obviously it isin't and is misleading to the buyer and it's just to get the buy box (featuted offer)

I have messaged the seller about this scam & I hope Amazon take note and take action, its just NOT fair

Hi,

Are any other business sellers facing the below issue??

1. Receive an order from an "invoice by Amazon business customer"

2. Sometime goes by, receive an email stating full refund for an order number that isn't actually associated with your account. Then you trace the refund down by going through your orders and finding the refund manually. You then find the refund which is actually from the original amazon order number. When you click into the amazon order, it has the order number that isn't associated with your account under "Invoice by Amazon Order ID:"

3. The business customer doesn't send the item back, so now amazon have refunded them from your funds and you dont have the item back.

4. if you try open a SAFE-T claim it wont let you, as it will show your account has not been debited because its an invoice by amazon account. So the business buyer is keeping the product and we are now out of pocket.

5. try contact amazon seller support and as always, we just get the generic responses "we are looking into it" every day, but no resolution.

Amazon seller support has to be the most frustrating thing ever. No actual support, just pre-scripted replies wether you talk on the phone, via the chat or email.

We sent out an order by Parcelforce which was and signed for tracked service. We have proof of deliver/picture/gps for the delivery and can confirm that this was delivered. An a-z claim was made and was granted and we made an appeal but was denied. Can i please have some help in this matter

Account Verification Issues - HELP!

I have tried so many times to submit, and then resubmit documents (UTR letters, Passport, Drivers License) and it keeps saying my information doesn't match the document and to resubmit another. This has been going on for over a week now and Amazon is no help. What do I do?!
