Discrepancy between payments and sold

discussion. Hello, idk why but there is a huge discrepancy between my sold and my payments. Everything adds up except for a missing $6,145.68. Like it just disappeared from the account. Can you please look at this? I've already created a case and they said it went to the reimbursement team to be reviewed but I never got a reply. CASE 17843615191. Can someone please help. Thanks

Offensive and Controversial Materials???

I received some Performance Notifications today.

Amazon.com cites "Offensive and Controversial Materials" as the reason.

The products in question included paper files, plastic bags, mechanical pencils, and shoes.

The file is plain and the shoes are all black, so I don't see the problem.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? I've contacted Amazon, but I'm not sure how to respond.

Hello Sellers,

My account was recently deactivated for alleged “deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.” However, I’ve never listed, sold, or fulfilled any products. I was still preparing my product samples and uploading identity documents.

I submitted:

Passport

Personal bank and credit card statements (matching address)

Utility bill

Business bank statement

Amazon denied my appeal, claiming my account was used for fraudulent activity. This is a mistake. The account had no listings or sales and was in the setup phase. I’ve asked for a manual review but received an automated rejection.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or successfully escalated such a case?

To maintain a trusted store for buyers and sellers, we need to verify the information that you provided during registration. Here you can find information on the global seller identity verification process and the documents that you have to provide to create and verify your selling on Amazon account.

Document submission

1. Before submitting relevant documentation to activate your seller account, you must sign in to Seller Central and complete the registration process: 1) Update the business information, 2) Seller information, 3) Billing, 4) Store and 5) Verification.

2. You will have to confirm your details under Identity and Address Verification and upload the required documents as per the instructions on this page.

3. The Verification page will display customized options based on your business type and the country, state, or region in which your business is located or where you reside.

Document requirements

Amazon will need to verify the identity of the legal representative or beneficial owner registering the account.

The person registering the account, also known as primary contact person, will need to provide two documents - an identity document and an additional document.

We require at least two (2) documents in order to verify your identity:

  • Identity documentI: A government-issued photo identity document that is used to confirm one’s identity, such as a passport or national ID. This document must match the proof of identity information selected under Identity data.

suddenly started asking request verification to everything and cant create shipment order.

today something happened with my acoount it started asking request verification for everything. even the product which i have on amazon fba and fbm which is im currently selling and active.

and now i cannot create shipment order. i cant send my products to amazon fba

If this even permitted by Amazon policies on FBA returns and reimbursements. Could a buyer return an item (vitamins) a year and 2 days after the day she or he purchased the item and be granted a refund for the second time and the reimbursement we received on such order been reversed? Even though is real that after a year and 2 days the item was returned, it is already expired? And by the way, Amazon is now reimbursing on products lost with so many unnecessary transshipments at not even the cost of the merchandise. They use to reimbursed at the revenue value coming from deducting from the historic reselling the FBA fees. Amazon became a monster with barely competition and they are now doing whatever they want to with our inventory.
