Amazon destroyed my life

Im paying interests on my card every month,

Because third part seller on Walmart.

Ita a legitimate business and invoice but nothing work.

And it’s been almost 7 months with 12k hold ,was 15k but every month they charge something and the moneyt its vanish.

I’ve submitted 100 appeals ,just for money btw,don’t need account reinstatement,but nothing work.

They said that I’m engaged in fraudulent something but not explain .

Customer returned our product but what we received was an empty 4x6 envelope instead of our actual product. We had this happen now three times within a week of each of them from different amazon accounts with delivery addresses in 3 separate states.

All 3 Returns were marked as dropped off at the same UPS store in a completely different state from all of the orders.

We found a listing for the same product on Walmart sold by someone who isn't us and believe that was the source of this.

We have filed Safe-T claims on all but have only gotten denials.

Can A Mod help me out with getting this resolved?

Large amount of invoices getting auto denied

Hello, my supplier and I are getting used to the 100 unit invoices and I had a quick question about something and maybe I might need an Amazon rep to look at my case for. I have about 130 units for this brand from my supplier and when I ordered it he shipped them out in different days with different quantities. I have about 15 invoices for the 130 units and it isn’t getting accepted when being authentic and from a reputable distributor approved by Amazon. I tried to put the invoices into one and two pdfs but it keeps getting auto denied every time with with the same message so I don’t know what I am doing wrong and how to proceed. If I could have a human look at my invoices I know that it would go much different. Please help any Amazon rep I can forward my case ID ASAP. Thank you for your time.

My account was deactivated due to a violation, and it has been one and a half years since the deactivation. I attempted to contact support via email to retrieve my inventory, but I have not received a resolution. I was utilizing Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and the situation has been extremely challenging, with over $10,000 of my funds tied up. I would greatly appreciate any guidance from this community on how I can recover my inventory.

For the last 2 weeks I have not been able to sell a certain brand because my approval was taken away by Amazon. This Whole situation is a misunderstanding because I am 99% sure it was competitors who reported my product for being fake in the first place. I have all of the REAL invoices from my supplier and the brand approval team keeps saying "your supplier is unverifiable". No one from Amazon even calls them to see if they are real! I have even provided documentation that comes from my suppliers supplier who is literally the manufacturer of the product. It doesn't get more real than this. I've tried it all and NOTHING is wrong on my part, it is this broken system that is the issue. I got an inauthenticity complaint last month and my invoice worked fine to resolve that issue. They are now denying the EXACT SAME invoice I used previously.

I NEED HELP IMMIDIATLY. I need real human assistance and intervention from someone higher up at Amazon. Someone who is not an AI and someone who has power to do something. I've been selling for almost 2 years very successfully and it sucks I am being treated this way.

Our brand name is being replaced (highjacked) by some company in China and its on our most popular products how is this possible. We cant access this pages anymore to make changes on our Manage inventory, some information has been changed and is not accurate. YZB950 ASIN B0792KYQMN has the brand Name as Sainellor they are not the brand owners we manufacture and Brand Owners we are the only sellers of our products. The product info is wrong and this is a child of our other sizes YZA950 ASIN B0792LW6CQ and YZC950 ASIN B0792LGZ6Y. This YZB950 ASIN should be a child of parent (This product is a variation of SKU: This product is a variation of SKU: DS-BWZJ-0QS4) I need this company removed and our brand name put back also put it back under the parent This has been a problem before Seller support can not seem to understand that the item has been hijacked I showed proof it ours but they just say Its there's and cant change it

Trying to build shipments, and get inventory in stock preparing for Prime Day 1 and evertime I try and add an ASIN, it says we are overstocked and please send to AWD, even when we have Zero in stock or on-order and its recommended several hundred. Im trying to start with the customer and work backward. I have tried tickets twice and nothing! They say they are escalating. MEanwhile, I need to load in several thousand units of stock. HELP!

The product has been determined as a restricted item and frozen. Currently, the product is unsalable, but no notification has been received on the account status and performance notification page, and an appeal cannot be submitted either. How should this be handled? Urgent!!
