I need a mod/moderator assistance. We are repeatedly having issues with Safe-T Claim approvals. This is getting out of hand.
Our Safe-T Claims are opened when the buyer has selected a Seller-Faulted return reason and we have evidence from the buyer that the return is Buyer-Faulted. We provide complete documentation to support the claim:
- why the return is eligible for Safe-T claim
- supporting product images (proof correct item was sent, proof product is still sealed when they claim defective)
- screenshots of Safe-T Claim eligibility policies
- screenshots of ASIN product details page (proof website description is accurate)
- screenshots of our return policy on the ASIN details page: Return: 30 day refund or exchange (proof we do NOT offer Free Returns)
1. I am receiving immediate bot denials stating: The issue you reported is not covered by the Prepaid Returns for Seller Fulfilled Order program.
2. I appeal the decision, attaching screenshots, and supporting documentation, quoting Amazon policy The Safe-T Claim reason I submitted is clearly listed as a valid reason: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/202175000 and get a second denial response as if they didn't even read my documentation stating: As this return is seller faulted, you are not eligible for reimbursement and are responsible for the cost of the prepaid return label in accordance with the Prepaid Return Label policy.
3. I appeal the decision again, and get a completely different denial reason stating The item for which you requested a reimbursement of the cost of the return label is eligible for Free Returns. OR repeats the same denial message as the last message.
4. I appeal a third time, asking to escalate to a supervisor, including again the screenshots of our return policy circled, then get a final response that their decision stands.
