The asin is not searchable and ineligible for advertising. This issue has remained unresolved for weeks. We've opened multiple cases with FBA and advertising team based on conflicting direction from seller support. We have been sitting on inventory and paying for storage for weeks. Can Amazon support at Forum escalate the issue.

Amazon seller app is not showing my shipping templates any longer, it is asking me to input a merchant shipping carrier which I cannot do as nothing works. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but no luck. I can still list normally via the website but this is very cumbersome. Any ideas?

We have been selling on Amazon US and have recently expanded to Amazon UK.

However, we are not winning buybox in Amazon UK. It doesn't make sense because we own the brand, we manufacture the products and we are the only seller.

We reached out to Seller Support but they have been extremely unhelpful. They kept saying there's nothing we could do but "Focusing on competitive pricing, reliable fulfillment, excellent customer service, and maintaining strong seller metrics is your best strategy to improve your chances of winning the Buy Box."

Issue is, without buybox, we can't run ads. Without ads there's no sale at all. Without sale, how can we demonstrate competitive pricing, reliable fulfillment, excellent customer service, and strong seller metrics?

So now our inventory just sits in the warehouse everyday and we can't do anything about it. I asked the Seller Support whether we should do nothing, just sit back and pray. Their response was "YES".

Hi all,

I've lost every single buy box overnight, there appears to be a glitch on my account. My account health is perfectly fine, no IPs etc.

One example I have a product priced at £12 FBA but an FBM seller is winning buy box at £19. My offer is sat in other offers despite being quicker, cheaper and more reviews etc.

I've set up cases but it's taking too long - please can someone assist asap.
