High returns due to damaged product (3 Layered packing - 8mm , 3mm and Jacket) Hazmat marked electronic goods. Product broken torn. Without even bothering of Hazmat labelled. Seller needs to send in Iron boxes?

I am new to Amazon as a seller and it’s been only few months with limited orders so I did not have any return experience from customers.

Recently i got a return from my customer and he did not sent my product back instead sent a used plastic bottle maybe for fun. I have raised the issue to Amazon team and hoping to receive my amount back waiting for the response.

But more than the claim i wanted to report the customer and when I asked the customer support they said there is no such option.

How can we report such customer as I am sure they must be doing the same with so many sellers.

Any thoughts and suggestions on this??

Amazon doesn’t care about the losses faced by sellers. I provided them with a completely clear unpacking video as proof, yet they are still denying all my (SAFE-T CLAIMS) claims. This is causing me significant losses, and my products are very expensive. I now want to tell other sellers that no one should sell their products on Amazon. It is a very poor platform for sellers, and it does not support or protect its sellers properly.

Easy ship Pickup issues

I am seeing continuously pickup issues with the Easy Ship at my area. No one coming for pickup and no one calling for the same. Due to these issues I am losing orders. Horrible thing is Amazon not at all responding and not having any interest to resolve these issues. Looks they want to encourage self ship instead of Easy Ship. Expecting atleast Amazon will improve the Easy Ship services

But now I want to add my GST number but it is showing - Invalid GST number. Please review and enter a valid GST number but number is correct please help

Customer support approve without verification of product and return policy of amazon. Return window open after expired of return or replacement date. Customer support issued refund amount to buyer. Seller faces loss in business. Please do the needful

In my product is extention reel. Customer return requested as parts missing in product. Customer support team approve the return and debited amount from my account.

मैंने हाल ही में Amazon पर एक seller के रूप में शुरुआत की, लेकिन मेरा अब तक का अनुभव अत्यंत निराशाजनक रहा है।

इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर छोटे विक्रेताओं के लिए कोई स्थायी लाभ नहीं दिखता — बल्कि हर कदम पर नुकसान ही होता है।

👉 सबसे बड़ी समस्याएं:

1. बहुत कम Orders आते हैं – और जो गलती से आ भी जाते हैं, वो या तो fake होते हैं, या फिर ग्राहक बिना वजह return कर देता है।

2. Returns का सारा खर्च seller को भुगतना पड़ता है –

ग्राहक चाहे इस्तेमाल करके लौटाए या खराब कर दे, Amazon उसकी पूरी राशि तो लौटा देता है, लेकिन उस नुकसान का कोई भुगतान seller को नहीं मिलता।

3. Courier Charges और Fees बहुत अधिक हैं –

कई बार ₹200 में बिका product seller को सिर्फ ₹40–₹50 देकर छोड़ दिया जाता है।

उसमें भी अगर ad चलाया है तो वो भी seller की जेब से जाता है।

4. Advertisement ज़रूरी बना दिया गया है –

बिना advertisement के product ranking में ही नहीं आता, और अगर आप पैसे देकर ad चलाते हैं तब भी guarantee नहीं कि order आएगा।

यानी पैसा देना पक्का है, order मिलना नहीं।

5. Product का Rate बहुत कम रखने की मजबूरी होती है –

Amazon का system ही ऐसा है कि "सबसे कम दाम" वाला product ही बिकता है, वरना visibility ही नहीं मिलती।

6. Seller Support से कोई मदद नहीं मिलती –

जब कोई परेशानी आती है, तो automated जवाब मिलता है या आपकी complaint को ignore कर दिया जाता है

👉 निष्कर्ष:

Amazon ने तो केवल एक platform दिया है —

कमाई वह करता है, जोखिम seller उठाता है।

घर से माल भेजो, नुकसान सहो, return झेलो, और ऊपर से खुद ही ad चलाओ — ये seller के लिए घाटे का सौदा है।

🔴 मेरी सिफारिश और चेतावनी:

जब तक Amazon अपनी policies में पारदर्शिता, returns की जवाबदेही और charge system में सुधार नहीं करता —

मैं किसी भी छोटे या नए seller को यह प्लेटफॉर्म join करने की सिफारिश नहीं कर सकता।
