I'm a UK-based seller with a brand already registered with UKIPO. I'm currently trying to enroll in Amazon's Transparency program to better protect my products, but I've hit a roadblock.

Since I haven't received my VAT number yet, I wasn’t able to set up a Transparency account directly. Following Amazon's guidance, I’ve tried the following:

1. Submitted my contact info through the Transparency assistance form: https://sell.amazon.com/brand-registry/transparency

2. Opened a case with Amazon Seller Support

Unfortunately, it's been a while and I haven't received any response from either channel.

Has anyone else faced this situation? Any tips on how to move forward or get in touch with the right team? I’d really appreciate any insights—thanks in advance!

I started my Amazon account using an existing company I have to see if I would be accepted to sell on Amazon first. I then opened another company specifically for the Amazon business. I reached out to Seller Support and asked for their permission to update my account details with the new company's details. They advised that I can only do it via account transfer into the new legal entity, they even shared the link to it.

I initiated the process but everything stopped at once, even before I entered the new company's details. I am now unable to proceed further, or go backwords. I cannot access my account or my inventory, The only thing I can see is "invalid Charge Method" message, and when I click on it, it takes me to an Error message.

I reached out to the support team, they are now saying that they cannot find my account using the email I provided. That is the only email associated with my account and the only email I ever used for the account. It is been a week now and I am struggling to solve the issue. Any advice would be much appreciated. Is there any contact number, or complaint procedure to escalate this issue?? Thank you

This may well be a stupid question but if i do not currently hold the featured offer status (due to being outpriced) would running ads be a total waste of money?

Is this likely to promote the product for other sellers rather than actually provide me any benefit?

Here is one for you sellers.

I ship NDD with DHL express. I was left a 1 star review after a DHL tried to deliver and the customer was not home so there parcel is on hold.

This is due to there mobile phone number being incorrect and DHL not being able to contact them. This is the only way DHL have of contacting them as Amazon do not give out their email address .

As such they contacted my customer asking how there delivery was and to leave feedback. The customer left a 1 star rating saying they had not received their parcel yet .

Luckily I have managed to contact the customer and inform them there mobile number is wrong and delivery has been attempted 3 times .

Amazon really need more competition as they are so bad for sellers
