Initial case response: Over 7,000 items have been placed on hold for processing. These items have been held by the operations center pending further processing, such as verification of the items' size and weight, as well as investigation or referral from the operations center. The operations center may take up to 3 days to complete the processing.

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

We urgently request your priority assistance in resolving our complaint (Case ID: 17937373061;18042626721;18039187661;18035069841;18028392601;) regarding FBA inventory that has been incorrectly marked as "In Process". A total of over 7,000 units of our saleable inventory have been held in this status at the processing center for 18 days (since June 18, 2025), resulting in a complete halt to sales and severe consequences.

Direct economic losses:

- The cumulative storage cost amounts to $400 per day, as over 3,000 items continue to be shipped into the warehouse.

- Due to the inability to sell, the daily sales loss reaches $3,000.

Long-term operational impact: In the curling iron category, our ranking has dropped from #12 to #45, making it extremely costly for the listing to regain its original weight.

We submitted a complete Plan of Action (POA) and supporting documents on June 18, 2025, but have not yet received a response. We respectfully request an initial response within 24 hours.

If this is a system error, please restore the saleable inventory immediately.

We understand that the volume of requests is high during peak season, but this delay has exceeded a reasonable processing time. If any additional documentation is required, we guarantee a response within 10 minutes.

We sincerely appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

Hi Amazon Team

I’m reaching out for support regarding a product that was recently flagged as an “Adult Product,” which is incorrect and severely impacting our listing visibility.

We have already submitted a case (ID: 18011037141) but have not received a resolution.

We’ve also uploaded detailed product images, including six-sided views, to show the product’s practical and neutral purpose. Despite our efforts, the listing is still being suppressed under the adult filter.

I’d really appreciate it if a moderator or someone from the classification team could take a closer look or escalate the issue.

I created a new shipping plan on June 28th via Seller Central, intended for an AWD warehouse.

Shipment ID: STAR-Q4VTRESPWFWAX

The goods were scheduled to leave the factory in China on July 4th. However I noticed that on July 1st, 2 cartons out of the total 190 cartons in this shipment were marked as "received". This is clearly incorrect, as the goods haven’t even left the factory yet.

I'm even being charged for receiving and storage at AWD for inventory that simply isn’t there (the 3-4 dollars are not the issue, but the fact that Amazon actually makes up inventory that I don't have).

I tried to cancel the shipment, but I got a message "Cancellation is not allowed at this stage of the shipment, contact us for more details."

Seller Support is super helpless as usual. What can I do at his point?

We started our seller account only recently, and we only want to sell in Australia right now, but we've only got access to United States, Mexico and Canada for some reason.

So how can we gain access to the Australian account, and is there ways to stop being charged monthly for having the US, Mexico and Canada regions active even though we won't be using them. Or is there a way to remove them?

Registering for Sponsored Ads on Amazon

Hello. I am considering running sponsored ads (PPC) for my product on Amazon for the very first time. When I visit "Advertising" on my menu, only the "Price Discounts" option exists (see attached - 1).

When I go to the Product Details section of my dashboard home then select "Advertise Listing" under a particular listing, I am taken to a page that says "Invalid Access..." (see attached - 2).

When I visit "https://advertising.amazon.com/" directly and try to sign up, I am asked to provide my business' website (MANDATORY) yet we don't have one yet...didn't know I needed a website to sell on Amazon. Do I need to be a fully registered business and have a website to qualify for Amazon PPC ads? Kindly let me know (see attached - 3).

In short, I am completely lost. Anyone with a simplified guide on how to get started with this? I look forward to leveraging the power of Amazon ads for my business.

I’m facing a serious issue with my AWD Shipment ID STAR-WYZMQQCRXQZYU, delivered on May 28, 2025 to the IUST facility via FedEx (POD available and already submitted to support). The shipment contained 2 units, but Amazon has only marked 1 unit as received.

Here’s the concerning part:

The missing unit is not visible in my inventory (FBA inbound or on-hand).

However, the product is still getting sold on Amazon.com, even though my inventory shows zero units.

Multiple orders have come in for that SKU while inventory stays at 0, which clearly indicates the unit exists in the system, but is not reconciled properly.

I have opened a case and submitted all required documents, including POD, AWB (Aramex + FedEx), packing slip/invoice, inventory screenshots, and order proof.

Case ID: 18013185151

Current status: Amazon acknowledged the issue and escalated internally, but there has been no resolution or inventory correction for over a month.

This is not just a delay — this appears to be an inventory integrity issue within AWD where the system is allowing fulfilment without visible stock. It is affecting my account and customer experience.

I kindly request that this be looked into by the concerned internal team urgently.
