Verification of my account is impossible

I've been trying for months to verify my account in order to reactivate my account.

I've arranged several appointments, none of which have been confirmed by Amazon. I've just arranged my third set of appointments to verify my account.

How can I escalate this issue? As my account is now dormant and I'm beginning to think this is deliberate.

Can someone at Amazon please get back to me ASAP, please do not sent me the same automated email telling me to confirm dates and upload my details again ....

I have been waiting for months with absolutely nothing to show for the wait. Amazon FBA really needs to start moving on this ASAP

Amazon is constantly sending Lost/ delayed warning messages to customers when Amazon has no evidence a package is lost or delayed. We have seen a huge rise in fraudulent claims from customers. Some even say they only claim as Amazon is saying the package is lost even though they have received it.

Amazon it has to stop, the amount of fraud due to this is increasing all the time as buyers realise Amazon is giving them a greenlight to commit this fraud.

Other marketplaces at least give sellers the ability to protect themselves in a small degree by allowing sellers to Block individual customers who the seller has had a bad experience with.

Also sellers should be able to leave feedback on buyers so that they can alert other sellers of a problem that has occurred.

At the moment Amazon is simple inviting customers to lie and defraud sellers.

What's worse is Amazon must by now know this problem is occurring on a grand scale but is doing nothing about it

Customer serice /chat is just a barrier to you being able to sort things out with them quickly

i've been deactivated for 10 days now - only ever get generic responses

As an established FBA seller i really do deserve better than is -

Can you explain what the benefits of using Amazon Buy Shipping are anymore?

A to Z claims - two purchased via Amazon Buy Shipping and still got ODR?

You keep saying its being looked at but I can see posts going back months/years with the same problem.

Account suspended NINE YEARS

Nine years has passed since my account was suspended due to an anonymous seller making claims of counterfeits being sold. No amount of sending proof of purchase (receipts and invoices etc) was ever enough.

After so much time, could the account be reinstated? I recall a few years ago - having lost all hope - that I requested the account be deleted. I made this request multiple times (in every communication option) I could find to reach Amazon support. Clearly that wasn't done as I've logged in to to post this.

If this not an option, then I withdraw consent for Amazon to use my data in this way and will make every effort to use GDPR to make a right to erasure request for the complete and destruction all my data related to selling on Amazon and will demonstrate Amazon's contempt of legal obligations if Amazon fails to do so. Would Amazon ignore this just as they have has ignored so much?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Absolutely Baffling - Amazon A to Z strikes again

I genuinly though I had seen it all until this weekend.

So we sent an item through Amazon Shipping, they picked it up, scanned it, took it delivered it confirmed delivery.

The customer was then able to Open an A to Z claim, which Amazon then granted and refunded them from my funds, no order defect but this is the write up below.

So are we now saying, that even orders delivered and confirmed as delivered by Amazon, which Amazon then accepts that we have provided information proving the delivery, that they just still refund the customer from my funds ?

I am absolutely speechless. This is shocking and shows how broken the A to Z system is.

So you can catagorically prove the delivery, by Amazon themselves and that folks is still NOT ENOUGH to win an A to Z claim, even when they acknowledge the customer has received the item.

Madness

Why is this happening?

The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates 'delivered', but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate.

discussion.my amazon canada and usa marketplaces have been terminated. Please guide me how to reinstate them. I checked online and other discussions. It says to make a new account. But i cant use the same credentials to make amazaon usa and canada because amazon uk will be flagged. Kindly tell me what i did wrong. I havt sold amything, so no warning or suspensions.

Buy Shipping with linked Royal Mail account for SFP

Good afternoon all,

I have an Online Business Account with Royal Mail and attempting to set up SFP. SFP requires the use of the Buy Shipping button yet when I use the Buy Shipping option for my RM Tracked 24 service it is not updating the orders on RM Click & Drop. It just stays as an order, the tracking number doesn't update and doesn't get marked as dispatched.

Does anyone here use Royal Mail for SFP. If so, please can you let me know the process you use when using Buy Shipping?

Hello,

We have been trying to gain access to Premium A+ Content for over a month now, but despite meeting all the stated requirements, we still haven’t received access. We have filed multiple cases with Seller Support, but we keep receiving the same generic responses without any real resolution. (Case ID: 10791250612)

Our catalog consists of one active listing, and we have:

- Over 20 approved Standard A+ Content submissions

- Multiple approved Brand Story submissions

According to Amazon’s stated requirements, this should qualify us for Premium A+ access. However, Seller Support has given us inconsistent information, sometimes stating that eligibility is assessed at the start of the month, and other times saying it happens weekly. We’ve now passed both the beginning of the month and several weeks, yet we still don’t have access.

This delay is significantly impacting our product launch, and we need access as soon as possible. Could you please help escalate this issue or clarify why we are still not eligible?
