I'm FBA seller, I noticed that my account has orders pending for over 21 days, so I contacted seller support to check if there is any inventory held and if cancellation is needed.

However, seller support responded saying, "Note: We do not cancel Amazon Fulfilled orders on behalf of sellers, as Amazon is committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. This includes items fulfilled by Amazon and those shipped directly by sellers."

Order numbers:

- 112-6345593-7249861, order date: 2024-11-04

- 113-3831561-2012263, order date: 2025-01-28

Why are FBA sellers unable to cancel orders that have been pending for over 21 days? Case ID: 17777532441

Could you please check all orders pending for over 21 days in my account and cancel them? Thank you!

Multiple charges for "Others" with no explanation

I had a "Others Charge" about a month ago for $38 that after waiting a month for my "settlement period" to close out, after multiple cases being opened, chats and phone calls someone at Amazon told me the charge was for FedEx (FXSP) SPLAT Seller Debit adjustment. They could not explain to me what that meant and "escalated to the internal team" and I am still waiting for someone to explain this to me. As I usually do after getting the runaround from Amazon for hours/days/weeks I basically waved the white surrender flag on this one but alas today I just got another "Others charge" for almost $250. Again no explanation or order ID assigned to this. Prior to these two charges the last "others charge" I had was almost a year ago for $3.

I'll take a loss of $38 for my sanity and well being but draw the line at $250. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME here.

Hello,

I'm working with an independent contractor (graphic designer) to help revamp my brand store. How do I allow her access to my brand store but not to any financial and sensitive data? When I look in "user permissions" I see only 3 types of users and they all seem to have access to sensitive data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For context, we are the sole manufacturer, rights owner, brand owner, and trademark holders of our brand and products.

Recently, we tried to update our sourcing costs. As one could imagine this is happening a lot right now. Amazon denied our request of our first item update. We provided evidence yet they still rejected the update.

After looking through the FBA Inventory Reimbursement Policy, it states clearly there are four reasons for denying an update to sourcing costs:

1.Your submission is an outlier compared to similar products or our cost estimate.

2.Any documentation is forged, tampered with, or illegible.

3. Your account is suspected of fraud, significant policy violations, or non-compliant selling activities.

4. You already submitted and received a decision on a cost update request or reimbursement amount dispute for the same item within the last 30 days and have not supplied any new information to reconsider our decision.

None of these apply to us. As anyone else ran into this issue with Amazon breaking its policy and rejecting sourcing costs out of hand?

The sales figures of the following synthetic products : are not actually oregano oil. In order to be oregano oil, it must be obtained from the leaf. However, it is not obtained from the leaf and is obtained synthetically. Synthetic carvacrol cannot be sold under the name of oregano oil. They wrote "origanum minutiflorum" in Latin. This type of oregano is endemic and is found only in one Mediterranean country and cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

-Can someone explain it to us?

-Do they advertise synthetic products from somewhere else and direct them to Amazon?

-Should we also turn to synthetic products that we never want instead of natural products from now on?

I have never seen support worst than amazon.No one take case,I have got fake violation claim and provided all evidences that there no violation.When I asked team to escalate case they just send it to some irresponsible persons who is not reviewed details,just close case by generic responses.I have rised issue every where,and sent emails to all escalation emails.There should be normal person in support staff who take responsibility and dont close case.I dont understand why amazon need this staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!feed up ! Hello community! I tried ungating hasbro brand with a Shepher invoice but didnt work 5 times. Did anyone used a different wholesale supplier to ungate HASBRO? It would be great if you can help, i can offer info if you need from experience as well. Please help.

Account Suspended for Shared Tracking – Need Advice

Hi everyone,

My account was suspended due to a tracking number policy violation. Some buyers placed multiple orders, and to simplify shipping, we combined items into one parcel and used a single tracking ID. Unfortunately, this caused tracking issues on Amazon’s side, even though buyers confirmed they received everything.

I’ve submitted a Plan of Action explaining the mistake, how we’ve corrected it, and that we’ll now use unique tracking for each order via Amazon Buy Shipping.

I also sent Amazon a file with the last 15 days of order numbers, tracking IDs, and Royal Mail proof of delivery links.

Still waiting on a response. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have tips on strengthening the appeal?
