On August 5th we were slammed with dozens of international FBA shipping fees to FC's from previous months (April, May & June)
Apart of these fees are wrongful tariffs (that we are disputing with CBP) but that's a post for another day.
But due to this outrageous influx of fees, it has completely jammed up our cashflow.
Why are we suddenly being back charged with all these fees ($63K) in one DAY when Amazon's own policy is that shipping fees will be charged within 30 days of delivery???
We created a Case (18224095501) and have had ZERO insight and ZERO assistance with this. This CANNOT happen again!
Amazon - please acknowledge your mistake and you own breach of policy and spread these charges out!!
