Labeling Private Label Products – UPC or FNSKU?

Hello Sellers,

I’m preparing my first shipment to Amazon FBA and will have a custom product box design for my private label products.

For labeling, I’m not sure which option works best:

Printing a UPC code directly on the packaging (since I may also want to sell these products through other retailers in the future).

Using FNSKU labels only for Amazon shipments.

Which option is better for private label sellers? Should I have both UPC and FNSKU on the box, or is one enough?

Amazon telling me to fulfill orders that are FBA

In the last few hours, I've had two orders that, judging by SKU numbers, were books I intended to sell on FBA. I am sure I have sent them to a warehouse in the last four months or so. Amazon has processed them as FBM and is telling me to confirm shipping. I looked up one order in my inventory, and it comes up as FBA. The other book doesn't appear in my inventory at all, although the info (SKU) Amazon gives me looks correct and I remember processing the book. Anyone else having this problem? Never happened before in seventeen or so years selling FBA (as well as some FBM).

I am looking to sell a liquid nutritional supplement on FBA. Each SKU has 10 individual liquid sachets inside. Each sachet contains 8ml's of liquid vitamins. There's a total of 2.7 fl oz's of liquid per SKU. Can I use a sealed/branded stand up pouch to hold the sachets and act as the secondary containment? Is a cardboard box and poly bag mandatory?

Amazon Freight Not Responding

Recently, I scheduled a pickup with Amazon Freight and a few other carriers. All pickups went perfectly, but Amazon Freight never showed up. This makes no sense to me. I contacted Amazon Freight via Seller Central and they told me that it will be picked up today, but they never showed up. If I look in the Amazon Freight tracking, my shipments do not have a pickup time. This is so strange, how can I fix this problem. Can I have an alternate carrier pickup instead?

On August 5th we were slammed with dozens of international FBA shipping fees to FC's from previous months (April, May & June)

Apart of these fees are wrongful tariffs (that we are disputing with CBP) but that's a post for another day.

But due to this outrageous influx of fees, it has completely jammed up our cashflow.

Why are we suddenly being back charged with all these fees ($63K) in one DAY when Amazon's own policy is that shipping fees will be charged within 30 days of delivery???

We created a Case (18224095501) and have had ZERO insight and ZERO assistance with this. This CANNOT happen again!

Amazon - please acknowledge your mistake and you own breach of policy and spread these charges out!!
