Why if this is the case did you 'Amazon' send me this e-mail notification (as pasted below) yesterday at 22.36 - Also I am quite happy for you Amazon to imply that 'I am stupid' and can't supply correct information to Amazon, the same information that I have provided every nine months, as this is how many times over the last two years I have provided verification. Why after 10 years of selling on amazon are you now saying 'I am not trustworthy or not of a good nature to sell on Amazon' - I either you put my selling activities back how they should be otherwise, my wife, who is an ex BBC journalist will speak to some of her friends with BBC breakfast and news regarding this and also other sellers you are doing to too, as noted on the seller forum. Perhaps then you may be able to put someone up for interview on the TV regarding how you treat honest sellers - I am happy to close my account but I want to know how and when you will pay existing funds to me? and if as you say I am not a trustworthy person and you cannot verify my banks details, how you will pay me?

Also on another note I received a War Pension and Service invaliding pension for injuries I suffered on service in the British Army during February 1991. I also have secondary progressive MS, for which I get PIP payments for.

So I think that this will also be another tag - 'Amazon treats disabled people as second rate marketplace sellers' -

Hello,

We had a video call with an Amazon representative on 07.01.2025 regarding the remaining funds in my seller account. We submitted all the requested documents completely and on 09.01.2025 it was stated that the accuracy of our documents was approved and that our funds would be transferred to us on the next payment date. However, although our next payment date is 12.01.2025, the funds were not transferred to us. We sent an Appeal and an e-mail regarding the issue and it was stated that it was approved again and that it would be paid on the next payment date, but the amount to be transferred in the payments section is shown as 0.00, I request support regarding the solution to the problem.

Hello,

I am planning to have my suppliers in China print and label my cartons/boxes with Amazon FBA box labels before shipping them via sea freight. The boxes (non-expirable products) will first arrive at my 3PL/warehouse in the UK for inspection and then be forwarded to Amazon's Fulfilment Centre (FC).

I am concerned about the validity of the box labels. Does anyone know how long FBA box labels remain valid before they expire? If there’s a delay between printing, inspection, and delivery to Amazon’s FC, could this cause any issues with the labels being invalid or rejected?

Hello,

I am looking for guidance on enabling Amazon's Inbound Placement Service (IPS) in my Seller Central account for the UK. My goal is to send all my shipments (pallets) to a single Amazon Fulfilment Centre (FC) instead of having them distributed across multiple locations.

When I navigate to Settings > Fulfilment by Amazon > Inbound Settings, I do not see any option to adjust the location or enable IPS. I understand this option is available for sellers in the USA, but I’m unsure if it is also available for the UK.

Is there a way to enable this service in the UK, or is it unavailable for UK-based sellers? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I received an A-Z claim for an order yesterday where I purchased the shipping through Amazon. I purchase my shipping through Amazon as according to their own policy I would be protected from my ODR being hit in case of feedback or claims and to comply with VTR. I checked the delivery status when the claim came through and I could see from the tracking that there was a problem with the delivery so of cause I didn’t mind that the customer was refunded however my ODR has been hit along with my VTR. I appealed and the appeal was refused, the reason given was:

“We received the tracking information you provided for order 206-0233785-6825111. However,  it does not show any tracking information on the carrier's website.”

I didn’t provide the tracking information you did! So I now want to know what the point of purchasing labels through Amazon is if they’re not going implement their own policies when things go wrong? Both my ODR and VTR are hit even though this is clearly against Amazon’s own policies!!! I can purchase the shipping for less money but I don’t so I can protect my business but what is the point if I get no protection from them? To top everything off this is what the customer wrote in the claim description:

”The parcel appears to be lost and I have been advised to cancel and receive a refund.”

So basically the customer also acknowledges that the package is lost in transit and has been advised by Amazon to open a claim instead of asking for my assistance first! Apparently we are Amazon’s “selling partners” but this must only be when they’re collecting money from us!
