Multiple Erroneous Evri Postage Adjustments

A case has already been opened about the issue, I am posting this here to hopefully raise awareness of the issue...

My account has been billed multiple adjusted charges for many of my sold items where postage was bought via Amazon, with Evri being the courier.

The adjustments are claiming that the original label cost of 2.95 for instance was undercharged, the result is a doubling of the postage fee and £100s of lost revenue.

All items are weighed and measured correctly so what is going on here? A system glitch? Evri trying to pull a fast one?

There is no way in hell that a small item, weighing 200g, measuring 30x 10 cm costs £6+ to send.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's causing me alot of stress it has to be said.

Amazon can just steal your FBA stock

I have used FBA for over 10 years, I have come across all of the problems and shortcomings of using FBA. This is a new and very worrying issue. Amazon tell me that I made an error on my most recent shipment. They say that the ASIN in the shipping plan does not match the product sent. As the error was made by me they are keeping the all of stock and I can’t make a claim for the loss. They are keeping nearly 3K worth of stock at cost and there is nothing I can do about it. I don’t believe that I made an error and they have not given me any evidence that I made a mistake. I just have to take their word that it was me that made the mistake and not the FC doing it wrong. Amazon feel free to help yourself to all of my stock.

Due to the value, I will be sending them a letter before action and to the small claims court.

I just wondered if anyone else had seen this issue?

Hi

I just purchased a small thermal printer. I am using QZ tray and sending Royal Mail from home. Is there a way to get the labels to print 6 by 4 and to get the printer to stop printing the 'list of orders' which will waste several hundred labels a year for me. Thanks

hello there

I open an amazon seller account and i start selling. I'm from Ireland and i send some items in FBA in UK. Because of that i receive an email mention i need to registered for vat because i used fba in UK . As i wasn't aware about that and i don't really want to sell on amazon anymore it's no point for me to register for vat, what i want now its to get my money from my account and close my amazon account. can anybody help me how i get my money back from my account and to finish with amazon for good

Just received an email from Amazon to inform that my 'Prime Eligibility' for Amazon.de has changed to fail - yet I ONLY sell via FBA ...how can that even be? (I sell remotely into Germany from the UK, using Remote Fulfilment - Amazon ship all my orders.

Surely this can only mean that Amazon are underperforming with respect to deliveries.....yet I lose my prime eligibility status?!!! (to be honest I don't think my items have prime...as they are dispatched from the UK, but nevertheless I'm curious what has happened to trigger this email)

Buyer claimed that some of the new items sent were damaged, returned an empty box, I filed a Safe T claim with attached photos showing empty box and returns label and claim was denied. Can anyone advise on the appeal please.

HI! We are trying to sell Lancome products as we see tens of sellers doing so. I applied to sell Lancome products with an Invoice from an european distributor, highly reputable, extremely easy to verify ( distributor, not the likes of Qogita ).

Of course, support rejected with the following : "We have reviewed the documentation that you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Lancôme products. We evaluated the information that you provided, but it did not pass our review.".

We have good metrics, hundreds of thousands of pounds in sales in the past year, good reviews, low return rate. I do not know how to win with these guys.

Hi everyone,

This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:

"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"

These adjustments are:

Hitting all at once with no prior notice

Going as far back as April 2025

All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments

Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.

This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.

We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.

Our carrier contacted the Carrier Central team to book a delivery appointment ,however, they were informed that receiving warehouse assigned by the system is not accepting or receiving shipment .The delivery address on the shipment labels is:

What to do as our delivery window is until end of this week?

Customer wanted to return his items (approx. £ 250 value) as purchased by mistake.

Amazon authorised the return and give customer an Evri returns label. Evri collect.

After 10 days, nothing from Evri. Customer wants his refund, involves Amazon, and of course gets a full refund. It's not the customer's fault and it's not my fault.

3-4 weeks have passed now and nobody takes any responsibility.

The blame lies with Amazon and Evri: I cannot contact Evri as it's an Amazon return because I'm not the sender or the account-holder. Amazon don't care to help, they just gave customer a full refund and wash their hands of my financial losses.

So end result: I lose, everyone else wins.

Maybe it's best to stop selling on this platform. The only winner is everyone else except for the sellers.

I wish I could close my Amazon account and be independent.
