Before we open case for the unreasonable charge for the FBA shipments that were charged for Deleted and abandoned shipments, Amazon replied us that :We have reviewed and approved your request. The issue will be removed from your shipment record. Please allow up to 24 hours for this change to be reflected in your Inbound Performance report. If there was any Inbound Defect Fee charged for this case, they will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. "

But till now it has been 2 months, we do not receive any charged back in our account, please help investigate. We request an attention for this matter.

Canada store ccount deactivated due to inactivity

My account was deactivated due to inactivity. I submitted the documents as required and my US store was reactivated instantly within 1-2 hours, but canada store was not reactivated.

I contacted the seller support, they said they are transferring the case to the internal team and I will get a response with in 24-48 hours, but now it has been above a week now and the case is still in pending.

I opened new cases and the associates said they will request the internal team to expedite the process. But still no response

Hi everyone,

We recently encountered a policy violation under “Suspected Intellectual Property Violations” related to two ASINs:

(1) B000MQKSJ0 – ZEISS 50mm f/1.5 C Sonnar T* ZM Lens (Leica mount)

(2) B07TFS3ZR6 – Voigtlander Nokton 21mm f/1.4 Aspherical Lens (Sony E mount)

These ASINs were originally created by other sellers and already existed in Amazon’s catalog. We listed used versions of these products under those ASINs without making any changes to the product detail pages.

Later, both ASINs were removed by Amazon due to trademark-related concerns, and our associated used listings were also flagged. While we understand the responsibility involved when listing products on an existing detail page, we were unaware of any trademark issues tied to those ASINs at the time of listing.

The violations now appear on our Account Health dashboard, and we’re uncertain how best to address the situation.

Has anyone else experienced something similar when listing used items under ASINs they did not create? We’d really appreciate any guidance or insight from fellow sellers.

I need assistance please with the link as it does not work. I have been asked to follow the next instructions to complete the virtual identity verification: 1. Access the following link:

BUT I have tried numerous times and the link does not work. I have tried in both Chrome and Safari. I have deleted my history, cookies and cleared the cache and it still does not work. I queried it and was just sent the same link. I can see many others have had the same problem but I cannot see a solution posted.

This is really urgent now as my account has been deactivated, I believe in error and I really need to discuss this with someone.

Hello,

We’d like to report a potential case of buyer abuse involving a customer named Stacey. She has placed nine FBA orders, resulting in two cancellations and five refunds.

As an FBA seller, we understand that Amazon manages fulfillment and customer service. However, given the pattern of activity, we’d appreciate it if her account could be reviewed for possible misuse of the return system.

We’ve already submitted a report through the Abuse Report page: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/index.html, but we have not yet received any updates from the investigating team.

Aside from submitting the report through that page, is there any additional action we can take to escalate or follow up on this issue?

I’ve noticed a recurring issue where new sellers, within 48 hours of registration, receive deactivation notices citing Section 3 violations (fraudulent or deceptive activity). After submitting requested documentation, many are sent a video verification link, but the link often doesn’t work or shows an error.

Can anyone shed light on:

Q) What steps should a seller take if the video verification link is broken? Should they open a case with Seller Support using their case ID to request a new link?

Q) Why do these technical glitches (e.g., broken verification links) seem so common for new sellers? Is there a specific reason behind this?

Q) What’s the best way to request a new verification link via email or Seller Support to resolve this quickly?

Any advice or insights from the community or moderators would be super helpful for navigating these challenges!

Hello everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might have advice or has gone through a similar experience.

I’m trying to list a new branded product on Amazon. I’ve purchased official UPC codes directly through GS1, and GS1 has confirmed that everything is set up correctly on their end. When I run a UPC lookup, the codes return accurate company and brand information.

However, when I try to list the product on Amazon, I receive this error: The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN. I’ve already contacted Amazon Seller Support several times, but I continue to receive the same generic response, with no real resolution. The UPCs are already printed on my product packaging.

Here's a quick overview of what I’ve done so far:

Verified the UPCs with GS1 — they are valid and correctly linked to my brand.

Attempted to create the listing through both the regular interface and flat file upload.

Reached out to Seller Support, but haven’t received any clear explanation or solution.

My suspicion is that Amazon may not be properly linking the GS1 prefix to my brand name, or that their system doesn't yet recognize the UPC as part of an existing catalog product. If anyone has faced this issue or knows a workaround — especially for GS1 UPCs and branded items — I would sincerely appreciate your insights.

"Trademark Logo Misuse"

We are a registered Brand with Amazon under our trademarked brand name. Our Amazon account is named after our trademark, and we own all the rights to it.

Recently, 3 of our listings were removed due to "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations (Trademark Misuse)." All of these violations are flagged as having a "High" impact on our account health. We were able to find a human on the other end to actually remove 2 of these issues. 1 issue remains and we are getting the same response every time.

We opened a case (Case ID: 18005089651) and in the case, we clearly stated that we are the rightful owners of the trademark. We've also attached our trademark documentation and a Letter of Authorization (from our OWN COMPANY) multiple times. Despite this, every response we've received has been generic and does not address our specific situation.

Each response from Amazon is:

"We understand your concern regarding the intellectual property violation for ASIN B01N1OZ5N8. After reviewing your case, we found that your listing uses protected trademark terms of Oceanic Water Systems.

To resolve this issue, you need to take one of the following actions:

1. If you want to continue using the Oceanic Water Systems brand name:

Provide a valid letter of authorization or licensing agreement that proves you are authorized to use the Oceanic Water Systems trademark. The documentation must include all required components as detailed in our Letter of Authorization guidelines: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GUF78PCXAMHDY2A6

2. If your product is an accessory for Oceanic Water Systems products:

Update your product detail page (title, bullet points, description) to use compatible terms according to our policy: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201361070

3. If your product is not related to Oceanic Water Systems:

Remove all references to Oceanic Water Systems from your product attributes."

We have provided the LOA at least 10 times now.

Please help with this, it is driving me crazy!
