Hello, I sell many of my products in Canada. On this one, my inventory says 0 in Canada when I have inventory available in fullfillment centers in the US. Amazon, please help me get inventory updated in Canada on this product. I've done many case logs on this. Need help on getting this resolved..

Requiring approval to sell

I have been selling numerous brands with approval to sell them, for many years now. Why is Amazon (suddenly) requiring approval and then when I tick all of the required boxes invoices etc, are they still not approving my application to sell. They also give no reason why this is the case. They are not asking for a LOA just simply an invoice.

Amazon MOD please help with this

We’re currently analyzing the feasibility of selling our products (supplements) from Brazil on Amazon US. At this stage, we’d like to understand if there’s any way to estimate the average costs involved with logistics and import taxes when sending inventory from Brazil to an Amazon US warehouse (using FBA or other models).

We’re still deciding which fulfillment model to adopt, so having a clearer picture of total landed costs (including shipping, customs duties, and FBA fees) would be really helpful for our decision-making.

Does Amazon or any third-party service offer tools or calculators for this purpose?

Any tips from other international sellers who ship from Brazil would also be greatly appreciated. Best regras.

When Does the $39.99 Monthly Fee Start

I'm new to Amazon and currently setting up my seller account. I'd like to know: will the $39.99 monthly fee be charged as soon as I add my credit card, or only once I start selling?It will still take some time before my products are ready, and for now, I just want to get the account settings in place. Regarding trademarked word “microstitch” issue

I m a Brand registered seller, selling my own products which I manufacture in china.

Recently i got an ip complaint for the trademarked word "microstitch" from my competitor ,for having this word “Microstitch” in my listing or product with the Asin B0DHV3NPT4.

but there’s no mention of that word in my listing or product, rather I m using the word “micro stitch” which has a Gap in between “Micro and stitch”. I got this permission from seller support to use “micro stitch” with a gap in between, as its not trademarked in USPTO.

Since, my product is “stitch gun with micro size needle”, I use “micro stitch gun” in title. its totally illegal abstain me from using this “micro stitch gun” word on my listing, as its not trademarked.

as I have not used that trademarked word”microstitch” in my listing, it’s totally a harassment and illegal to convict me of ip complaint which I never did. And asking for Authorisation from that Brand owner is really embarrassing.

when contacted, Account Health specialist mentioned it’s a glitch of amazon AI system, which is detecting the 2 separated words “micro stitch” as a single word “microstitch”.

Pls note-Previously I got same complaint with another Asin B0DBZ5SK2N, which was reinstated after submitting documents.previously amazon did apologize for same mistake. But this time amazon is not accepting the similar documents.

Hi everyone sorry to bother you all but just have a quick question and so far I have gotten 20 answers from amazon chat.. A buyer bought from me a PS4 charging dock for the controllers..she received it on April 18th, on May 1st she requested a return authorization, she received a UPS tracking number but she never returned the item. and I never refunded her...its already been 18 days since she made the original request..so I just want to know til when does under manage returns the case is still there, or can I just click on complete since she never shipped it back..what is the time frame that way I will know what to do..or do I just wait for amazon itself to drop it from my account..every time I chat with amazon they tell me a different story so its all over the place cant get a straight answer from them

Hello Amazon Support Team and Community,

We are reaching out regarding the recent suspension of our Amazon advertising account. Our account was suspended due to a credit card not being able to be pre-authorized. However, we have since updated our payment method with a new, valid credit card, yet our ad account has still not been reactivated.

We want to emphasize that our primary method for funding advertising has always been through our available Seller Account funds, and our account does not have a negative balance.

We’ve submitted Case ID 17748614791, but have not yet received a resolution or update. The suspension is significantly impacting our business visibility, and we would greatly appreciate any assistance in having our account reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible.

As shown in the picture, my account was disabled because I violated the brand "OVER ZERO-LONE SHADOW". I did use "OVER ZERO-LONE SHADOW" in my title. However, I didn't find this brand in USPTO, WIPO or Google. Using this keyword, you can indeed search for related products on Google. However, this is actually the product name. "OVER ZERO" is the series name, and "LONE SHADOW" is the name of this product. The same product links will state that it is produced by HEMOXIAN, which is also my supplier. This is its original product. Later, I also consulted my supplier HEMOXIAN. They have registered the brand OVER ZERO in China, so I obtained the authorization from them. But this is somewhat different from OVER ZERO-LONE SHADOW. I really don't know which company OVER ZERO-LONE SHADOW belongs to. Is it really a registered and valid brand? Could this be Amazon's mistake? I would be very grateful if someone could find the company to which the brand belongs. Later, I will consult my suppliers. Because my account was not unblocked after I submitted the authorization letter from OVER ZERO

I have been selling on the Amazon platform for almost a decade as a merchant fulfilled seller. I sell my branded batteries. Earier this year, Amazon incorrectly flagged my batteries as a medical device, and said I violated their policy by selling a medical device which is incorrect. They asked for pictures of the package, product, etc. I have provided all of this, but then they keep asking for a 510K number as they think my item is a medical device. I do not have a 510K number, and even submitted my UL certificate to the case which clearly states that the item that UL (a reputable certification) certified this as a battery. I keep getting the same copy and paste response from the representatives, and even have asked the reps to transfer the case to an American based team as they do not seem to understand that a battery is not a medical device and just copy and paste the same response every time which has become infuriating.

I am asking for anyones advice and mods to help me get more assistance on this as I believe that the product listing, my pictures I have submitted of the packaging, UL certification etc. clearly proves that Amazon incorrectly flagged and suspended my account for selling medical devices when I ONLY sell my brand of batteries.

I even went ahead and deleted the listing so Amazon cannot say I am selling "medical devices"; however, Amazon still will not reinstate the account and the reps still ask for a 510K.
