A-Z for a pending order

I've had and lost many ridiculous A-Z claims, but this one takes the prize. I had a pending order as part of Subscribe & Save that sat as pending for weeks before disappearing altogether. Since I couldn't process the order, the customer never received it, despite Amazon continuously sending them messages with different delivery dates. Eventually, the customer filed an A-Z claim, and now my ODR has been impacted. Why? I haven’t done anything wrong! I don't have any control over pending orders!

I'm just a small scale artist selling my work on Amazon but recently because one item was a day late I have negative feedback from this person given before he even contacted me and his subsequent message was titled 'where's my stuff'. I am now on a warning as my account is showing a 2.7% rather than the 1% required and being threatened with my account being closed.

I am unable to report the feedback as it doesn't meet Amazon's criteria.

What do I do in this situation?

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the brand qualification for Arlettia™, and Amazon confirmed my approval to list new ASINs under this brand. They advised me to wait up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.

However, this is now the third time I’ve gone through this exact same process. Every time, I get approval and wait as instructed, but I still receive the error code 5665 with “trademark authorization required” when trying to create a listing.

I have carefully checked that the brand name is typed exactly the same as approved, with no spelling errors, extra spaces, or wrong capitalization.

I’m feeling very frustrated because I keep having to restart and the issue never gets resolved.

Has anyone experienced this repeating problem? How did you manage to solve it?

I would really appreciate any advice or tips.

Minimum Pricing

Very simple, can someone please explain why Amazon say as a fact that a price is below the minimum price when clearly the price is higher than the minimum price, it is very clear that there is a serious issue in Amazon with this minimum pricing, just look at the screenshots and tell me that it is correct? The listings are all suspended as Amazon state as a FACT that the selling price is below the minimum price, it is clear that the price is higher than the minimum price.

increasingly I am asked for receipts for a restricted product.Can this be any receipt from a wholesaler but not necessarily the product I am applying for?I ask because some sellers seem to have got approval even if the product is not new,so they cannot get a receipt for second hand goods can they?

What would you do in this situation?

We had a customer recently that ordered (worth over £150) and claimed non delivery, despite the delivery image showing it was delivered inside their secure gates. It's also not the sort of thing someone would steal, given A) it's size and B) the type of product it is.

The customer opened an A-Z and won (unsurprisingly).

However, the same customer has now placed the exact same order, albeit nearly a month later.

What should we do in this situation? As i'm hesistent to send the order out again, only for the same customer to win an A-Z if they wish...

Hi everyone

I'm dealing with a difficult buyer situation and would appreciate your thoughts or advice

A recent buyer received their order one day later than expected. I understand this can be frustrating, and I have offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill. However, the buyer insisted on a full refund without returning the item, and when I declined, she began sending messages that were increasingly aggressive.

She stated she would “leave her review all over social media” if I didn’t comply. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation professionally, she left a 1-star review claiming the products were expired. In fact, the items clearly show a manufacturing date, not an expiration date, and the product has a long shelf life remaining.

I’ve reported the review through Seller Central and flagged the buyer’s messages as inappropriate. Sadly, they disagree. Has anyone experienced something similar? What steps (if any) helped get this kind of review removed?

We have an ASIN we have been selling for 3+ years now with no issue for some reason today it has been classed as an Adult Item, the lsiting shows as active etc seller support say it is fine but its not showing in my store front and when i go to troubleshoot it says it has been classed as an dult item, seems like quiet a few sellers are seeing this issue now please can you help we have prime day coming up, one of the busiest times of the year and our ASIN is not showing up in search
