We have been selling in Amazon UK for some time now and everything was normal until 2 months ago they required us to submit documents. We submitted documents based on what they needed and before we submit, we try to clarify which type of documents but we never got an appropriate replies or never replies.
Few days ago we receive message "Account Deactivated because of Payment Verfication"

We are totally in the blind that which documents are unable to verifies. When we try to appeal and resend all documents, all our messages were replied within few mins to 30 mins stating that below and we follow up its just repeated copy and paste reply.
We have correct UK documents which were provided there is no explanation on what could be the problem and how to correct it
When we contact support they refering us to KYC bot email or copy paste generic reply. There is no assistance/support in resolving the issue
How can we verify the issues and get our account reactivate?
