Stranded inventory - Deleted listing and can't relist

We had some variations of a product become stranded weeks after delivery. After going back and forth with support, we were advised to delete the listings and wait 24 hours before listing again through the stranded page.

This has been a nightmare. each time we try to list, we now get errors, mainly regarding the product type, which it says needs to be changed, but there isn't anywhere to do this. It says to amend the sku and try again, but we can't, as the listing ID has been deleted; we are going round in circles.

Has anyone else had a similar issue, and how did you solve it?

EPR Pay on Behalf Fee - Spain

Amazon ES charged me 30.02 euros for "EPR Pay on Behalf Fee - Spain" I do not sell to Spain or any other country, I have export turned off so FBA products are not sold to other countries and I have holiday ON permanently turned on. I only sell in the UK. I am not a manufacturer and this fee probably applies to manufacturers. How can I avoid the fee in the future and how can I get back the paid 30.02 euros?

I am a new seller via FBA selling my own branded product. How can i gain the featured offer as this is delaying me not being able to start my ads. I have read all the links around buy box but i have done everything on there and they dont help.

I posted this as a reply on a different discussion. However as the reply will be nested due to the poor design of the forums, few people will see it. I have posted it here anticipating a large number of likes to demonstrate to @Seller_Udi0JNbTrsmUVthat I am not the only one who thinks this.

Thanks for the update. I do not understand why Amazon does not have some kind of status page so that sellers can see when there are issues that Amazon are aware of. You could update us on progress towards a resolution.

This would help sellers and would help reduce the amount of cases opened with seller support. This would give them more time and they might actually help with some of the cases.

It feels like Amazon does not want to admit there are problems.

It would be a win for everyone.

Significant decrease of sales through Amazon

I am selling toys and I have noticed a significant decrease of sales through Amazon last months (around 30-50% in comparsion with same period of last year). I am doing the same things like in the past (checking the supplies, prices, etc), also I have a positive account health.

Have you notices same problems, or is this a common sign of any sales in Amazon, or were there some changes in the system or new rules?? Dont you know what could be the reason?

Hi, out of blue, a customer filed an A-Z for an undelivered item (Order 206-1245643-6600336), which was tagged as DELIVERED on Aramex tracking as normal. OK, we thought it might be delivered to a wrong address and promptly refunded the buyer with an extra discount on any future purchase of theirs. We also offered a quick free replacement via Fedex. No response from the buyer, A-Z closed but its negative ODR impact stays.

We created a case (CASE 11280580142) to revert it, but the explanation for its denial was:

"...the customer has claimed A-Z claim for the order and you have approved the claim. In this situation, your Order Defect Rate (ODR) will be impacted and we do not have a option to manually revert this issue." Excuse me but what else was I supposed to do? Do you give us time to inquire about packages like this and try to get evidence to prove anything against what customers claim without contacting us first? I am in touch with the carrier but even if they provide a signed for POD, shall I be able to change things?

Hundreds of successful sales history, excellent customer communication and satisfaction rates are ignored and forgotten that quickly. Could you kindly reconsider your decision on this ODR impact please so that we continue doing our business normally without losing our boyboxes?

Seller Fees For June are totally wrong

Has anyone lese received their seller fees for June? We have and they are totally wrong - our invoice + VAT is around a tenth of the fees taken? Almost like someone has left a zero off the amount. We know what we have paid and it does not correlate at all.

Or are we all getting multiple invoices to cover one period ? Ours state 01.06.25 - 30.06.25 but the amount is garbage - This relates to seller fees not Ads they are held elsewhere now.
