We've recently been ripped off yet again by a customer returning a different item than they were sent. We tried to charge a 100% restocking fee and reported the buyer and the refund didn't take. After a few hours, it just looks like it has not been refunded at all. I contacted Seller Support and was told that we now have to contact the buyer before we can charge a 100% restocking fee.

All this does is give them the opportunity to raise an AtoZ claim and get their money back that way. Its so shocking its crazy. How are we less and less protected against fraud????

hola a toda la comunidad , quisiera saber de los que mas experiencia tienen ,si es totalmente rentable vender productos en amazon fba , ya que eh visto que muchos tienen probemas o les sale caro o lo concretan sus ventas, todavia no eh lanzado un producto , ya q todavia estoy en la parte de investigacion para podes lanzar el producto , mi mayor miedo es comprar muchas cantidades no vender y que amazon me cobre demas por el almacenamiento .

Prime Day killed by the recession?

I've only seen one person say that their sales increased over Prime days and everybody else seems to have had a very lackluster run.

I also kept hearing how sales are always slow leading up to Prime day but it's over now and I'm not seeing a bump now either.

I presume Amazon's revenue is up because I noticed my ads weren't delivering and some were up to $3 per click for a $15 item...

Fix Stranded Inventory/ Account not fully onboarded

Hi there, I'm a new FBA seller. I have an issue, hoping someone can help. I sent my first shipment to Amazon fulfilment centre. My products have been received and the shipment is closed, however my listings are still inactive. I see the "Stranded reason" column with the status "Account not fully onboarded." I followed and done the on-screen instructions and added return instructions for the products. Despite this, the Dashboard still shows "Fix the Stranded Inventory."

I was also verified again a few days ago and was approved and received an email that I am now active. But when communicating with support today, she said my account is still inactive. She sent a reactivation link, which I clicked and the system said I was reactivated. My seller account status remains "Inactive" despite completing all necessary actions, including payment and identity verification.

Please can anyone help? I dont know what to do anymore. I have a case open (ID 18068681961).

Order History:

- Buyer placed an order for a very high value electronic device on 5/05/2025

- Buyer opens a return on 5/22/2025 with the return reason of "No Longer Needed"

- The buyer did not drop the return off with carrier until 6/19/2025 (nearly a month after the return request was approved)

- We receive the return on 6/23/2025

The buyer did not return the original item but rather only 1 accessory included in the original shipment.

The original item is missing.

We charged a 100% restocking fee for the item being missing (as per Amazon Policy).

The buyer then opens an A-Z claim with the claim reason being "Different from what I ordered" and this claim is granted against us despite our response to Amazon explaining the situation clearly.

Over $600 is debited from our account, our ODR is impacted negatively, and we do not have the original item back.

We are requesting moderator intervention and escalation in hopes of making this situation right by reimbursing us in full and removing the ODR impact from our account health. The A-Z claims team should have denied this claim as they have done in the past with orders that resulted in "switcheroo" returns such as this one.

Hello, Seller Community!

I’m reaching out to seek your advice and support. Around six months ago, my Amazon account was deactivated because of an authenticity complaint. The issue is that I never actually sold the product in question — I had only listed it as FBA, and within a few hours of listing, my account was suspended.

Amazon requested invoices and supply chain documents. I provided the invoice I received from my supplier, but unfortunately, my supplier refused to provide any supply chain documents. I’ve submitted multiple Plans of Action (POA), explaining this situation clearly — that I only have one invoice and no additional documents because my supplier isn’t cooperating.

But every time, Amazon responds with:

> “Please provide a valid supplier invoice and supply chain documentation.”

I’ve also asked Amazon if there’s any alternative way to verify authenticity or recover my account, but I’ve received no clear solution so far.

📌 If anyone here has faced a similar situation or knows a proven way to handle this type of issue, or can recommend a trustworthy Amazon appeal specialist, I’d be truly grateful.

📌 And if any Amazon team members happen to see this, I sincerely request you to review my case once more. I never intended to violate any policy — this happened unknowingly when I was new to the platform. I’ve learned from this experience and now fully understand Amazon’s policies. Please give me one more chance to continue selling on the platform.

I believe our pain cream product is being blocked because we are using the working "pain relief". Can anyone verify this?

I noticed that there are many similar products on Amazon that use the "pain relief" wording so I am confused as to why some are blocked and some are allowed to use.

as stated in the title, the buyer gave me a negative feedback because the mailman damaged the merchandise. i contacted the seller support to explain it, and requested to be removed as this is beyond the seller's control. Hello,

I’ve been trying to get our listing unblocked for 23 days now, and unfortunately, I cannot seem to get specific details from the support team so we can resolve the issue. Information provided is general and I seem to be in an endless loop with the support team.

We have gone through the process of getting or product packaging certified by the FDA and we have the certificate of electronic listing. We used the same allowed language in our Amazon product detail.

I have opened a cases and spoken to an individual (Daniel) who indicated that our product was categorized incorrectly and that he has resolved the issue. However, our listing is still blocked.

This has been an extremely frustrating and time-consuming process, one that could have been avoided if the support team would provide the specific issue/s on our product detail that is causing the issue. We are working to build a new business and the general/vague responses from the support team has been challenging.

I have asked multiple times for the specific details so we can resolve the issue.
