Has anyone else seen a sudden drop in sales? Our have dropped almost to zero sales. Called Amazon Seller support many times and they keep saying nothing wrong. But it is unbelievable as we are not getting any sales. Prior to this all our FBA inventory showed up as zero. We have also increased ad spend but the result is almost non-existent sales. Which is bizarre. Feels like an Amazon system glitch. Sales dropped by 3000+ USD! Very bad for small businesses. Please provide any suggestions or actions we can take to address this. Amazon partner support is no help. We have many products meeting deals criterion but we can't create any either.

I submitted an invoice from the Company 888 Lots, but amazon rejected it. The invoice includes my business name, item name and purchased date. Has anyone had success using 888 Lots invoice for ungating or products approval?

Is there anything I can request from 88 Lots to make the invoice acceptable (such as changes or extra documentation)?

These sellers are not authorized and are shipping fake, incomplete, and unsafe versions of our bundle. We manufacture everything in-house, including thermal containers and food-safe ice packs. There is no legal or authorized way they could have this bundle.

⚠️ HEALTH RISK + BRAND DAMAGE:

We conducted test buys. Confirmed: they are sending non-authentic versions.

Customers have already complained. One-star reviews have been posted.

If a customer gets sick, Amazon will be legally responsible for negligence after being warned.

🛑 AND HERE’S THE WORST PART:

We submitted multiple reports through Brand Registry and Seller Support.

Amazon auto-closes the cases without resolution.

Negative reviews caused by unauthorized, fake shipments are still live on our listing — and no one at Amazon is taking responsibility.

Do we have to wait for a false review or customer getting sick before Amazon reacts?

Why should we — the brand owner — suffer bad feedback and loss of sales due to counterfeit activity you’re allowing on your platform?

Immediate removal of Peace Merchandise and A-One Foods from ASIN

Manual review of our negative feedback caused by fake sellers

Investigation of Amazon’s auto-closure system and proper resolution by a human team

Confirmation that this case is escalated to Brand Protection and Safety Enforcement

We are preparing legal action and a formal case file. If no action is taken within 48 hours, we will move forward with regulatory filings and press exposure.

We recently got an email suggesting that we need to migrate to the listings API or a software package to continue to manage our listing feeds. Does this mean that we can no longer upload a spreadsheet to manage our listings? See email below:
