The asin is not searchable and ineligible for advertising. This issue has remained unresolved for weeks. We've opened multiple cases with FBA and advertising team based on conflicting direction from seller support. We have been sitting on inventory and paying for storage for weeks. Can Amazon support at Forum escalate the issue.

I have purchased the GTIN for my product from GS1 and completed the required details for a new listing. However, upon submission, I encountered error 5461, which prompted an additional dialogue screen for review submission. I proceeded to provide all necessary information, including images of my product, packaging, brand, and barcode.

Despite this, the seller approval application team rejected my submission, stating that the GTIN provided is not valid. I have thoroughly verified the GTIN through both the GS1 website and my GS1 account, confirming that it is active and correctly associated with my product. The response from Amazon lacks clarity, and I am unsure of the next steps required to resolve this issue.

Return Dashboard Doesn't Authorise My Request

Hi, this is urgent! CASE ID:11142447212

I received a return request yesterday for the order 202-1724232-9021912 , tried to authorise it but could not do since the following message appears:

"System Error

There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes."

First, I sent the label and the instructions using the messaging app to be on the safe side.

24 hours later today, I cleared the cache, restarted the browser, tried another one, contacted seller support, they transferred me to a specialist who advised me do the things I already did, but no use in the end. I asked them to send the instructions and label for me, but they said only sellers could do it. Then I asked them if the customer contacted the customer service and claimed their return wasn't authorised, would they be refunded with my money, and our chat was ended suddenly for no reason (!)

How am I going to authorise this return before 48 hours window closes? Will you protect me if the customer contacts you for a refund? Can you please have a look?

We started using Linnworks back in 2016 on their Free plan, which at the time seemed like a great way to manage our growing e-commerce operation. By 2019, they transitioned us to a paid plan costing around £300/month — a steep increase, but we accepted it because the software handled order management and label printing fairly well.

Fast forward to 2021, and the cost has skyrocketed to an eye-watering £14,323 per year. That’s a nearly 48x increase in just a few years with no matching improvement in value or functionality. It feels like we’re being penalised for growing our business.

To make matters worse, we attempted to use Linnworks to list products on Amazon — a feature that’s advertised — but it simply stopped working. No clear explanation, no real support. We were left in the dark, paying a premium for features that don’t even function properly.

In truth, the only thing Linnworks does reliably is manage orders and print shipping labels. Everything else is either broken, outdated, or not worth the cost. For the price we’re now being charged, we expected a much more robust and versatile platform.

I’ll be actively looking for alternatives that offer better value and transparency. Linnworks has unfortunately become a cautionary tale in our tech stack — good at one thing, but wildly overpriced and underdelivering on the rest.

Deactivated account and can't reactivate

Hi all,

I really need help with this please.

I've been trying for several weeks to get my account reactivated after a period of inactivity.

All documents have been sent, and charge/credit card info updated.

I also have zero performance notifications.

Still not having any luck. I did receive a link to re verify my ID however the link did not work.

I'm running out of options, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi A customer requested I cancel an order which I did immediately. They then left a 1 negative feedback as they say they didnt recei a refund. I cannot contact them as their details have been removed as the order is cancelled. Amazon say that they did not get charged for the cancellation so wont see it as a refund. I now have and ODR issue as the order had been flagged as negative feedback. I have requested the feedback be removed but this hs=as been declined and I can no longer raise a case as I keep going round in circles and I keep getting amazon standard bot messages. I wouls like to tag an amazon partner but dont know how to do this in the forum.
