Sudden drop in sales

Has anyone else seen a sudden drop in sales? Our have dropped almost to zero sales. Called Amazon Seller support many times and they keep saying nothing wrong. But it is unbelievable as we are not getting any sales. Prior to this all our FBA inventory showed up as zero. We have also increased ad spend but the result is almost non-existent sales. Which is bizarre. Feels like an Amazon system glitch. Sales dropped by 3000+ USD! Very bad for small businesses. Please provide any suggestions or actions we can take to address this. Amazon partner support is no help. We have many products meeting deals criterion but we can't create any either.

We have a product that we've been selling for 10 years on Amazon. It is similar to another item we sell but intended for different uses so we made them variations of each other...which appears to have triggered compliance. Both are intended for adults but for some reason support is being annoying about one of them by saying the "product has characteristics of Games for children" which is very inaccurate. The item is made for people who play contract bridge, which I guess some kids may play, but it is usually not only played by adults, but it is most popular by people who are 50+.

On ticket 17860541121 I explained that the item was not intended for kids at all, let alone "primarily for children". But it keeps getting rejected.

Then I thought I would fill out/submit the "Children's Product Certificate" form on ticket 17911046541 to show that our product is a general-use product not designed or intended primarily for children 12 years of age or younger. Instead of getting approved, Amazon wanted more information that is not available because it is not intended for children.

Can someone please help? The seller support bots do not understand that this item is not intended for children and has now been made inactive.

Not getting Organic Reviews

I have sold more than 100 units of a product but not even a single review is coming on that product, I have never seen such a thing that after selling so many units there is no review. I feel the reviews are stuck on this asin. I had taken 10 old reviews on this asin. At the time of launching the product the reviews that are showing on this asin are all old reviews. Even after selling 100 units there was no new review.

I have been selling Corkys shoes for a year now . Have sold over 500 pairs but only have 1 customer that left a review and its 1 star bc I mixed up navy with black. She didn't even bother contacting me to tell me and I would have happily issued a refund or shipped the correct shoe but she just left one star. I ship super fast, offer free shipping, have a 15 % return rate which is based on them ordering the wrong size. How do you get customers to LEAVE A REVIEW ??????

My seller account was deactivated for a missed video verification interview that I never received any prior email or notice about. By the time I found out, the account was already shut down.

I’ve since scheduled the interview, but the earliest available slot is July 3, which is causing me to lose money every single day. I have FBA inventory in transit, frozen funds, and listings that are now inactive.

I’ve already contacted support multiple times, opened cases, and even spoke with an agent by phone — but nothing has changed.

I’m fully prepared to verify immediately. I just need help getting escalated or placed on a cancellation waitlist.

If any Amazon rep or experienced seller sees this and has advice on what to do next — I’d really appreciate it.

Dear Amazon Support,

I have submitted all the required documents to reactivate my seller account, and I received an email from Amazon confirming that my account has been reactivated. However, the account is still not active. Could you please let me know when it will be fully activated and why it hasn't been activated yet?

I have a quick question for everyone who sells on the european marketplaces. We have received an order from the customer that was shipped on time. There is a FedEx scan that proves on time shipment of the package.

Later that day, after the order was shipped and tracking shows acceptance from FedEx, we receive an email that the order has been refunded in full. We open a case with Amazon ( case ID 11231915662 ) to see why the order has been refunded. An agent explained to us that customer requested a cancellation and was refunded by Amazon. We responded to the case explaining that once the order is shipped a customer can only open a return request and cancellation should not be granted. To that an agent replied that the customer can cancel at any time. That agent also recommended to reach out to the customer and aske the customer to open a return request.

Below is a first message from an Amazon:

Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that you are contacting us with the request related to the Investigation of the Refund Reason for the the Mentioned Order (Order ID : 402-3380393-8621123) in FR Marketplace.

Please note that we have reviewed your request and we have completed our investigation. Regarding your query, we would like to inform you that the following order has been refunded to the buyer because Buyer mentioned the reason as "Annulation de la commande refusé" which means Cancellation of the following order was refused. Buyer was unable to cancel the order so they had reach out to the Amazon Customer Service and asked for Order Cancellation. We have attached screenshots for your reference.

After the order has been cancelled out, the buyer had been automatically been refunded by Amazon. You can see that you have initiated a return and wait for the following unit to get returned to your address.

To which I reply that we did not receive nor we refused any cancellation requests.

This is an Amazon response:

We understand that you are contacting us with the request related to how can customer request a cancellation when the order was already shipped and also, you wanted a confirmation that the item would be returned to you for the order id 402-3380393-8621123.

Upon checking we would like to inform you that customer can cancel the order even after it is shipped. To get your return you can reach out to the Buyer through Buyer - Seller Messaging from here : https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/messaging/contact?orderID=402-3380393-8621123&marketplaceID=A13V1IB3VIYZZH

I'm not exactly familiar with rules on European marketplaces, but does this sound correct to you guys? Customer can cancel any time, receive a full refund, and the seller has to ask them to open a return request via buyer-seller messaging?

Not sure if any mods monitor this but if anyone can help with anything please let me know.

My fresh seller account was deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

My account did not have any items listed on it and I have not made any sales.

I attached all necessary and important documents and sent an appeal:

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

My name is ***********, the owner of seller account ***********, registered on ***********.

I was surprised to discover that my account was deactivated due to "engagement in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity." I would like to clarify the following critical points:

No Commercial Activity

Since registration, I have:

  • Not listed a single product for sale
  • Not processed any transactions
  • Used the account solely to familiarize myself with the platform
  • Legitimacy Verification

As requested, I provided:

  • Bank statement (details fully match registration data)
  • Documents confirming my residential address
  • Commitment to Compliance

I have:

  • Thoroughly reviewed Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement
  • Full intention to comply with all Amazon policies
  • Ability to provide any additional required documents

I kindly request:

  • A reinvestigation of my account
  • Specific details of alleged violations (if any)
  • An opportunity to correct any potential mistakes

After thoroughly reviewing your case and account information, I must inform you that our verification team has made a final decision. Despite the documentation you provided, they have decided that your account will remain deactivated and this decision is final.

I understand that this is not the news you were hoping for and realize how important this is to your business. However, I must openly state that filing additional documents or appeals at this stage will not change the outcome. The panel has carefully analyzed all of the information provided and has made a final determination.

For more information, please see the notice of findings sent by the team on June 18, 2025 with the subject line “Review of your Amazon Seller Account”.

What to do in this case, because in addition I was charged a monthly fee for the seller???

Late Shipment Rate 30 days way higher

Late Shipment is always around 2-3% on account

10 day showing 2.12

Randomly, the 30 day period is showing 4.7

doesn't make sense... if we've been 2-3 every day we check, now long term is randomly blowing higher
