Hi Amazon,

I have been working daily for months now across all our EU Market Places submitting the information required for our ASINs - many ASINs under view submission say -

"Approved"

"The compliance information you previously submitted has been approved"

Are you able to explain why ASIN submissions are shown as APPROVED but they are not moving into the Archived area? As I need to see clearly which ASINs still require information to be added.

I am also having issues adding new GPSR: manufacturer contact details - as I enter it, press save then I cannot see it showing in the greyed-out list once I enter it so I cannot save the new address needed for the ASIN, it just disappears and I cannot click save. I am using FIREFOX browser and I have tried different browsers also.

Very frustrating as I still have 100's of ASINS to go through and I don't know if the information has been stored and saved.

Is anyone else still experiencing this issue?

I thought Amazon were fixing the bug/widget by 15th November 2024, nothing has changed.

I am concerned the deadline of 13th December is fast approaching.

Buyer fraud and no recourse

So here's a good one. Buyer claims item-not-received. Send tracking screenshot which clearly shows item delivered. Buyer miraculously finds item "in his recycling bin". Then immediately claims item condition is not as described (it was in superb condition) and he still wants a refund. I offer a return. He becomes abusive and says he is taking me to court. Leaves negative feedback saying I am "extremely unhelpful" and starts a return. I receive an Amazon message on Friday to say 'We have temporarily withdrawn the claim on the order. However, if you do not issue a refund when the return is received, the customer may reopen the claim.' Today is Tuesday and they have granted his claim and refunded him. There is no tracking for the return or indication that he has returned the item and I have received nothing. Amazon says I cannot use Safe-T where there has been an A-Z, that I should use 'Option to Appeal'. But there is no 'Option to Appeal' under the A-Z. Any advice? Another good day for Amazon-encouraged buyer abuse - I've been here long enough to be able to tell instantly when a buyer knows the game to play to get free stuff at my expense.

Found an interesting seller on 21 November 2024 on an ASIN, selling very cheap, much below cost.

The selling price was so low that I decided to check them out. To my surprise their Companies House registration number displayed on Amazon showed the company was dissolved in December 2023, almost a year ago!

What happened to Amazon's verification checks?

Has anyone seen something like this before?

Classic Received an empty parcel, £800 refund!

Hello Everyone,

Recently sold a PS5 pro, was sent special delivery, with signature, GPS location, photo, and weight confirmation. Customer claimed empty parcel, even though the images showed no seals broken, and got refunded by Amazon through A-Z Claim (bought shipping label from Amazon, no extra protection, what so ever).

Of course, challenged the claim, and awaiting an outcome, but wanted to ask, claiming through royal mail, what would be the best way to go about it?

i was able to sell all most any item but since wednesday amazon is now saying i need approval to sell and its not just one item its all most every single item.

on tuesday i could list products and now for the same products i need approval to sell them and i dont understand why.

Hi, I've spent two weeks getting products ready for Amazon going through the processes. Had to apply for approval for a category uploading photos. I then had an automated message saying no photos were added. Then attached them in the email (they were originally included in the application). Then I get this email. I think i'm at the point of just not bothering with Amazon anymore. Anyone else in a similar position or can convince me to try again? Is it possible to speak to a human

How do we clamp down on fraudulent sellers?

Dealing with competition is part and parcel of the game. Dealing with bad competion should not be. This seller has fabricated loads of 5 star reviews and its very obvious. I have reported to Amazon 4 times and nothing has been done. The seller usually lowers price to become featured offer but is hurting the product due to sending damaged/used goods out at new, the reason they can constanstly lower price.

The reviews are also so clearly fake, tbe same account as left them all. The genuine reviews are all bad so i see why they have done this.

Ungating Issue - Lancome

Hi,

I have submitted an ungating request for Lancome and have been denied even though there are plenty of smaller sellers on their listings.

I have purchased the products from an authorised distributor, 10+ units. Is it because there is another product on the invoice?

Could it also be that when I am trying to ungate, the brand name is showing as "Lancôme" and "Lanc\xf4me" and not showing as the proper brand name (Images attached). Do I need to get my supplier to change the name on the invoice to that name and resend the invoice to me?

Amazon has not provided me with an exact reason? Their response is attached in this also.

I have used the same invoice to ungate another brand, However, Lancome seems to get declined.
