Hi, @KJ_Amazon @Emet_Amazon @Manny_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @Rose_Amazon @Michelle_Amazon
A constant problem is women's shoes that have been listed for months or years suddenly being called men's or unisex shoes in the title. This results in customers buying the wrong size. (For shoes, "unisex" means men's sizes.) Numbers 1-7 below are all in fact women's shoes. All problems below involve the title (which I can't even attempt to change via "Edit listing" in the FBA Inventory page): either the title has been falsified or the ASIN has been moved to a page it shouldn't be on because the title lists the opposite sex.
1. The Sabrina 1 Women's Basketball Shoes were falsely retitled "Nike Sabrina 1 *Unisex* Basketball Shoe": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CV4LWKRR?th=1&psc=1 (this affects all shoes on that page, not just that ASIN)
These are women's shoes, named after a woman, in women's sizes. The rest of the page, which no one is guaranteed to see, still calls them women's shoes (bullet point: "Womens Shoes"; they're "#29 in Women's Basketball Shoes"; *some* of the ASINs says "All in Women Sizing. Women to Men Conversion 12Women/10.5Men" -- but clearly most people do not see this). But after this bizarre "unisex" change, 100% of my sales have been returned. Whoever wants to buy them, regardless of sex, has to know what size they're actually buying. I've had to raise the prices to crazy levels in the hope that no one will buy them before this is resolved.
2. Women's shoes falsely called men's shoes in the title ("Nike Men's Gamma Force Shoes Sneaker"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLT6QR7L?th=1&psc=1
Every single thing other than the title calls them women's shoes. If you need further confirmation that they're women's shoes, you can Google the model number: DX9176-103. All hits call them women's shoes. The sizes on the problematic page were ripped away from the ones on this page, which correctly calls them women's shoes in the title: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C415PXKW?th=1&psc=1
3. Every single thing on this page correctly calls these women's shoes, other than the obviously false title ("Nike Dunk Low Mens Sneakers"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKS35KTD
E.g., they're "#9 in Women's Skateboard Shoes" and " #426 in Women's Fashion Sneakers".
4. Women's shoes on a page falsely retitled "Nike *Unisex* Sports Shoes": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0825FL1Z7?th=1&psc=1
Name in Seller Central: "Nike Women's Air Max Excee Shoes Sneaker, Black, 5.5".
5. Women's shoes wrongly added to a page titled "NIKE Men's Sneakers": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0825DVMQD?th=1&psc=1
Name in Seller Central: "Nike Women's Air Max Excee Shoes Sneaker, Black/White-Dark Grey, 8".
6. Women's shoes wrongly added to the same page above ("NIKE Men's Sneakers"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082MGGZXM?th=1&psc=1
Name in Seller Central: "Nike Women's Air Max Excee Shoes Sneaker, Black/White-Dark Grey, 10".
7. Women's shoes wrongly added to a page titled "Nike Men's Basketball Shoes": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGKJQ78T
Name in Seller Central: "Jordan 1 Mid Women Black/Gym Red-College Grey BQ6472-060 5.5"
8. Bizarre falsifications of Nike men's Cortez shoes:
a) Wrongly called Australian sizing in the title ("NIKE Men's Cortez Shoes Sneaker, Green Stadium Candle, 11.5 AU"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9KPB7YC
Product detail page correctly shows that these are a U.S. men's size 11.5: "numeric_11_point_5"
b) Wrongly called Australian sizing in the title ("NIKE Men's Cortez Shoes Sneaker, Green Stadium Candle, 9.5 AU"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CZHJJB5M
These are an *8.5*. Product detail page correctly shows that these are a U.S. men's size 8.5: "numeric_8_point_5"
c) Wrongly called Australian sizing in the title ("NIKE Men's Cortez Shoes, White Cosmic Clay Silver Metallic, 8.5 AU"): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CTW4SZV9
These are a *7.5*. Product detail page correctly shows that these are a U.S. men's size 7.5: "numeric_7_point_5"
9. Men's shoes wrongly added to a page titled "Nike Women's Running Low": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1JKPYVK
Name in Seller Central: "Nike Waffle One Mens Running Trainers DA7995 Sneakers Shoes (UK 6 US 7 EU 40, Summit White Black 100)".
10. Men's shoes wrongly added to "Nike Women's Running Low": https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B94C9H5P
Name in Seller Central: "Nike Men's Gymnastics Shoes Sneaker, Summit White White Black Orange, 6".
11. Men's black Nike Air Max Excee size 12 shoes bizarrely given the wrong color, called women's shoes ("Nike Women's Low-top Sneakers"), and given a kid's size: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T7WG4FZ?th=1&psc=1
For further confirmation that these are black and men's, you can Google the model number (CD4165-001). To confirm the size, you can Google the UPC (193154112412).
They belong with these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T7JT7XZ
12. Also, someone changed the pictures of this Cortez shoe so they show the wrong colors: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CTKP6Z66?th=1&psc=1
It belongs with these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CTVS8L1P?th=1
When I sent these in to Amazon, the name in Seller Central was "Nike Cortez Men's Shoes (DM4044-103, White/Cosmic Clay/Metallic Silver) Size 9".
For further confirmation that this ASIN is actually the white/cosmic clay/metallic silver, you can Google the model number (DM4044-103) or UPC (196975530625).
I would love to fix all of these problems myself, but I can't. I will cut my prices massively on all of these as soon as they have the correct info. Thank you for looking into this!
