Trying to close my account over and over

I've been trying to close my account over and over and nothing seems to happen. Its in good standing, nothing owed either way, tax info up to date etc. Its been nearly a year now.

Can anyone suggest what to do?

Need Help - Product and Food Safety Violations

ASIN ending Z1DC and DBNF, both were removed by amazon and said that these asins violated product and food safety,

we provided documents and explaination via case ID 17791209581 and ID 17791081211 to appeal that it was mistake,

while amazon team always repeated the same reponse " This product causes a safety risk.

Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product."

We need amazon team to deal with the bug and reinstate the sale.

Brand Registry done several years ago.

We added Buy With Prime plugin on our site. Also added Reviews and Ratings. Reviews and Ratings were pulling in fine until it stopped.

Upon checking BWP console, it says product is NOT owned by the brand. Which is incorrect. BWP is working fine. Only Ratings and Reviews not getting pulled.

BWP support says contact Brand Registry. The case id for the Brand Registry approved application from several years ago does not work anymore.

Opened a case with case id 17875944671. Case is going in circles in support. Can someone help please?

We are not accepting applications to sell (5 months No resolution STILL charging FBA fees) Honestly so ridiculous. Ive called leadership team, chat support, nobody seems to have an answer. I get the same run around month after month. This is how you treat an amazon seller? (No I'm not selling somebody elses stuff it is my own brand) Crazy how they can just keep charging me for products that are sitting at FBA THAT i cannot sell. Randomly made all my listings inactive out of the blue...5 months and counting.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get category approval for Grocery & Gourmet Food, but my invoice keeps getting denied by Amazon. I made sure to request an invoice before placing the order, and the supplier confirmed that they could provide one.

However, every time I submit the invoice, I get a rejection notice without an apparent reason. I've already double-checked the following:

The supplier's name, address, email/phone are listed

My name and address match my Amazon account

The invoice date is recent (within the last 180 days)

It includes at least 10 units of the product

Product names match the Amazon listing or are clearly described

Still, it's not going through.

Has anyone faced this? What else should I double-check or request from the supplier to avoid rejection?

I have been charged even though no business or inventory was held in storage. This is on the US market. I haven't entered into my account for years, and now I see a good 70$.. Can I complain somewhere, or talk to someone?

Hi fellow sellers,

I recently had a frustrating experience where my FBA shipment was confirmed in Seller Central, arrived at the assigned fulfillment center, but was ultimately rejected and returned — without any explanation from Amazon.

I’ve opened multiple cases asking for investigation and reimbursement, but the only response I received was that I should “contact my carrier (USPS)” for rejection information. The response I received from USPS was “Addressee Unknown,” which is puzzling — I clearly wrote down the correct FBA address, and the tracking record shows that the shipment reached the fulfillment center.

Support denied reimbursement, claiming the items weren’t received and are ineligible — even though the rejection clearly occurred on Amazon’s receiving end, not ours.

What’s more concerning is that this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of **FBA rejecting deliveries from USPS**. That seems odd and unacceptable, especially since USPS is listed as a supported shipping option in “Send to Amazon.” There should be no reason to reject USPS-delivered shipments, and neither USPS nor the seller should be blamed simply for using a non-partnered carrier.

We followed all FBA shipping guidelines and used a valid carrier. This incident has caused significant business loss, and so far, there’s been no accountability or investigation from Amazon’s side.

I’m sharing this here not only for visibility, but in hopes that:

- Other sellers with similar experiences can share what happened

- Amazon might take this as a chance to review and improve FBA receiving processes

Title: Fulfillment Center Refuses to Update Wrong Dimensions — Case ID 17755674151, Need Help

Hi fellow sellers,

We’re a small business and have recently encountered a serious issue with Amazon’s fulfillment center regarding incorrect product measurements that led to an unjustified “Oversize” classification. I’m posting here in hopes of getting some advice or hearing from others who’ve faced similar situations.

The problem:

One of our large-size products was mismeasured by Amazon and is now being classified as an “Oversize – 50 to 70 lb” item. The backend currently shows:

Dimensions: 39 x 19 x 9.5 inches

Shipping weight: 51.00 lb

Product weight: 19.949 lb

Dimensional weight: 50.643 lb

We opened a case (Case ID: 17755674151) and Amazon did remeasure the product. They confirmed that the actual dimensions are smaller, and the product should be categorized under Large, not Oversize. Their measured values are:

39 x 19 x 9 inches

Weight: 19.85 lb

Dimensional weight: 47.97 lb

However, the fulfillment center refuses to update the backend data, claiming that we “changed the packaging.”

But that’s simply not true.

This ASIN has only been shipped once this year. All inventory was from the same production batch, packed identically, and shipped in one FBA shipment (though Amazon split it into multiple fulfillment centers). We never changed the packaging — there was no opportunity to even do so.

We believe the only reason the FC refuses to update the data is because it would result in a retroactive FBA fee refund. This feels deeply unfair and punitive to small sellers trying to play by the rules.

We need help on:

1-Has anyone successfully gotten FC measurements updated when they wrongly cite “packaging changes”?

2-Are there escalation paths beyond Seller Support when the warehouse won't accept verified remeasurements?

3-Any advice on how to push for backend correction based on confirmed data from Amazon itself?

This issue is costing us significantly, and it feels like we’re being penalized for Amazon’s own measuring error. As a small business trying to stay compliant and survive, this experience has been incredibly disheartening.

Any advice, suggestions, or support would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!

Your Account Does Not Qualify Issue

Hello,

My account has been in good standing for years, and I have consistently taken all necessary steps to comply with Amazon’s policies. However, in recent weeks, I’ve encountered a persistent issue: whenever I attempt to apply to list almost any ASIN, I receive an error message stating “Your Account Does Not Qualify.”

I first reached out to Seller Support and was advised to contact an Account Health Specialist. After a full review, the specialist confirmed that my account is in good standing with no violations that would prevent me from applying to list gated ASINs. I was then redirected back to Seller Support, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any further insight or resolution.

To add context, a colleague of mine — who recently opened a new seller account — is able to apply to list the exact same ASINs without encountering this issue. He is presented with the standard invoice submission page, whereas I am blocked entirely with the “Your Account Does Not Qualify” message. This strongly suggests that the issue lies not with the ASINs themselves, but with a restriction specific to my account.

I kindly request your assistance in identifying the root cause of this issue. I would like to understand:

What is currently preventing my account from applying to list these ASINs?

What steps I need to take to resolve this and restore normal functionality?
