ASIN - B097H2XVXW - I increased the selling price of this ASIN by Rs 5 only and the listing has been deactivated/suppressed due to high price error. We are the manufacturers of this product and the selling price has been increased on other e-comm marketplaces and offline channels/stores yet Amazon has deactivated this listing.

I have provided label images showing the new selling price and support team has still not resolved this issue since 1 month. This is severely affecting our sales and is leading to loss of valuable time as well. What more proof should we give for this listing to be activated again? We are the manufacturers and we have increased the price by a small amount across all selling channels yet Amazon is not supporting us in this issue.

When I generate invoice for order it always shows my personal name instead on business name.

I changed business address to include my trade name but invoice still shows my name. Please give me support on this.

We notice that from few days, orders are with late ship by date. Due to which there is a high chance of getting the order cancelled. All orders coming with a ship by date of after 3-5 days. And its very difficult to raise a ticket for any issues as you don't get an option to directly connect with the associate nor can raise a mail.

Everyone facing this issue?

Generally, new sellers and wholesalers try to sell at a cheaper price to compete with other sellers, and they do not realise that their loss is gradually increasing. Amazon has changed many rules in the past months

Dear Sellers / Moderators,

I urgently need help regarding a critical issue that has affected my Amazon India seller account.

About 40 days ago, I took a business loan through Amazon Lending with Indifi. As per the lending process, my bank account was automatically linked with Indifi’s designated account, and everything worked smoothly until last week.

Suddenly, Amazon removed the bank details and now shows an error message:

"Bank account details removed. Please assign or update a valid bank account."

However, when I try to assign or update the bank account, I get this error:

"FORBIDDEN: You are not allowed to update the bank details."

I understand that the account is locked due to the Indifi loan, but why were the bank details removed in the first place?

My Amazon account has:

- **₹1,00,000++ in balance**

- **₹45,000 available for withdrawal**

But I cannot withdraw any amount due to this issue.

I have contacted Seller Support **daily for 7+ days**, but they only reply with "We're working on it. Please wait."

This situation is affecting my business operations, and I’m under financial pressure due to this unnecessary delay.

- Kindly explain why the bank account was removed.

- Please help me either relink the correct account or release my funds urgently.

can two different seller accounts sell smae brand ?

i have shared the order id , this seller dhananya agency is harming my business and has mapped my highest selling asin and is selling at low price and also selling a misleading product , kindly remove this seller from my listing as you can see clearly that this seller has also mapped other sellers listing and hence he is fraud , plus my this asin is placed in multiple ware houses of amazon in 4 states , am loosing on my badly kindly get this person and other sellers removed from my listing, i am attaching the seller account of the seller also https://www.amazon.in/storefront?me=AAS1VATSII788&ref_=ssf_share i request amazon to take a strict action soon
