Hello Sellers and Amazon Forum Moderators,

I’m reaching out here as a last resort after repeatedly trying to resolve an issue through official support channels with no success.

I have an ASIN that is fully enrolled in the Transparency Program. Despite that, I’ve discovered that multiple sellers are listing on this ASIN without applying Transparency codes, which is a direct and ongoing violation of Amazon’s own program requirements.

The Issue:

Amazon’s Transparency policy clearly states that once an ASIN is enrolled in the program, only sellers using valid Transparency codes should be allowed to list. In this case, that’s not happening. These sellers appear to be bypassing the system, and their listings are going live without any code validation or enforcement.

What I’ve Done So Far:

I reported the sellers through the “Report Abuse” function on the ASIN detail page.

I contacted Seller Support via Seller Central, explained the Transparency violation, and was told the matter should be handled by the Brand Registry team.

I then contacted Brand Registry from the Rights Owner account, and they responded by telling me to go back to Seller Support, stating that actions can only be taken through the selling account.

The Frustration:

At this point, I’m caught in a loop — Seller Support points to Brand Registry, and Brand Registry points back to Seller Support. Both acknowledge the issue, but no enforcement action has been taken, and the unauthorized sellers continue to list on the Transparency-enrolled ASIN.

This is extremely frustrating. I’ve invested time and resources to enroll in Amazon’s Transparency Program with the expectation that it would protect my listings and customers from unauthorized or non-genuine inventory. But so far, the system is not being enforced, and I’m receiving only copy-paste responses from support channels with no clear path to resolution.

What I’m Asking:

Has anyone here dealt with a similar issue where Transparency protections were being bypassed?

Is there an actual escalation path within Amazon to get this to the Transparency enforcement team?

Can a forum moderator or someone from Amazon’s internal teams step in and help get this looked at seriously?

This is not a distribution complaint or a case of seller exclusivity — this is about a direct violation of Transparency policy that impacts both customers and the program’s credibility

Is there somewhere to get phone support in ungating? I keep getting denied, but I am pretty sure my invoices meet all the requirements. The self help links support sends back seem to support my argument, and most of their reasons don't make sense, such as there are only 2 units but there are multiple receipts and support only checked one. I have been doing this for four years and never had so much trouble getting ungated as I am struggling with now to get ungated in Nike.

I don't see were its worth the trouble selling here, you have to buy products to sell and submit the invoices to be turned down to sell them. Makes no since to me

My account has been inactive for about 4 years. Suddenly I keep getting emails saying I need to update my payment method and that I owe money. I try to look at my account but cannot access anything since the payment method is invalid.

I am fine adding a new payment method but I want to know how much I'm potentially being charged for first. I have contacted seller support and they continually tell me they can't tell me how much I potentially owe until I add a new payment. Who would add a card without knowing how much they are potentially being charged?

This business and LLC has been terminated for 4 years. Amazon charged my personal credit card not associated with the seller account. They had no permission to do this.

I've had to remove my personal card from my personal account so they don't keep charging it.

Has anyone had this problem?
