Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out because I've completely hit a wall with Amazon support, and I truly hope someone in the community or moderation team can guide me.
I'm a brand representative for a legitimate brand, officially authorized by the brand owner (who is also enrolled in Brand Registry with a pending USPTO application). I was selling through FBA only and received a deactivation notice asking for invoices.
I submitted:
Invoices from the brand owner
Product images showing the branding
Authorization letter
Proof of the brand’s pending trademark (USPTO)
Details of FBA inventory with Amazon
Amazon keeps rejecting my appeal with a templated message stating I'm not providing the information requested, even though I’ve submitted everything available to me — and all of it is authentic.
But here's the bigger problem:
🔴 The ASIN in the performance notification was linked to a brand I have nothing to do with .
I have never sold that brand. My listing was for a completely different brand, which I was authorized to represent. I even asked the brand owner to open a Brand Registry support case on my behalf — they did, and the Brand Registry team told them "this must be resolved in Seller Central."
Now Seller Central sends me the same message over and over. Brand Registry says they can’t help. No team is taking ownership.
All I’m asking is:
Can Amazon verify the inventory in their own FBA warehouse? It clearly has our brand's packaging.
Can they contact the brand owner to confirm my status?
Can someone review the actual evidence instead of sending a script?
I've followed every guideline in the Anti-Counterfeiting Policy and Business Solutions Agreement. I have no access to my funds, inventory is frozen, and I’m being wrongfully accused of selling a brand I’ve never touched.
This is destroying my small business and there’s no path left except to post here.
Has anyone faced this kind of mismatch issue before? Or a dead-end with invoice rejections despite valid brand rep documents?
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to respond. If any moderators see this and can internally escalate it, I'd be incredibly grateful.
Sincerely,
