My children’s book titled Weight to Wings is being sold on my product page for 5x my selling price. Emeserella is selling it for $68 and my books are not an option for the original $22. Hello,

I’m reaching out for help as I’ve been trying to get approval for a brand on Amazon.com, but my invoices keep getting rejected — even though I’ve made sure they meet all of Amazon’s requirements.

Despite this, the brand approval request keeps getting denied with vague reasons like you are not eligible.

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

About MCF on FBM order

I'm a seller. I had an MCF order that sent by UPS and delivered on time. UPS gave us proof of delivery, but the buyer feedback did not receive it. He initiated a claim on Amazon. Amazon refunded the buyer on the grounds that there was no buyer's signature. We lost the goods and shipping costs and money. No matter how I complained to Amazon, it did not pass, and because the buyer claimed, we could not initiate a safe-t claim. What other channels can be appealed? What should I do in this situation?

Reimbursement Issue for lost shipment on Amazon

We request Amazon to urgently address the following issues:

We have a shipment that was delivered to the Amazon fulfillment center on June 16, 2025, and we received the proof of delivery. However, it was not until July 6, 2025 that Amazon updated the shipment status to "receiving", and after a few days, the received quantity was always 0. We applied for an investigation on July 9, 2025 and provided the documents, but Amazon replied that "Proof of delivery only confirms that the carrier made a delivery at our fulfillment center, and is not a confirmation that Amazon actually received the exact items and quantities stated in your shipping plan." and rejected the Reimbursement

Our shipment has a total of 7 boxes (552 products). All the received quantities are shown as 0, not that some products. The proof of delivery confirms that the box was delivered to the Amazon warehouse , and there is a record of scheduled delivery to the warehouse.

I would like your help on my case, I have more than a year selling with Amazon, a learning curve.

Last year I got approved to sell on Nike, this year they asked me to reungate, I did it, got approved, bought more inventory, a week after they asked me to reungate again because the UK market.

And since that I can’t have a clear answer, I’m not selling on UK. I bought mor inventory because I was approved, and now I’m the middle of talking to the computer and my money stuck in the warehouse.

Can you please assist or guide me who I should talk to.

We’ve been suspended since October 2024 over a supposed violation of Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy.

A violation that quite simply doesn’t apply to us. We do not dropship.

Every single one of our orders is fulfilled through FBM directly from our own warehouse, and we’ve submitted invoices for proof of inventory for the items they claim to be in violation.

Amazon is withholding $50,000!!!!

We have now submitted multiple Plans of Action, detailed SOPs, comprehensive documentation, and new supporting evidence countless times, only to receive the same generic, copy-paste response every single time:

“To speed up the review of your selling account, send the following information…

-- Evidence and an explanation that shows how your account complies with our Drop Shipping Policy and Seller Code of Conduct.

-- If you are facing logistics issues that are affecting proper fulfillment of your orders, send us evidence for the reasons. We will consider the evidence during your review."

We have already submitted everything requested and more! Over and over again. Every submission is carefully documented, and we’ve continued updating it with new information and new invoices. Still, we’re stuck in this absurd loop, receiving zero clarity, no movement, and no meaningful response. It's the blind leading the blind at this point.

To make matters worse, we can no longer even speak to Account Health by phone. We’re forced to go through chat or email, and those agents are completely disconnected from the team actually handling the suspension. They can’t provide updates, insight, or help escalate. It’s a never-ending cycle of frustration with no resolution in sight.

This experience has been nothing short of exhausting and infuriating. All we’re asking for is a fair, human review of the case based on the clear, factual documentation we’ve provided repeatedly. WE HAVE EVERYTHING TO BACK IT UP, BUT ITS BEING REJECTED!

We urgently need real support, not generic replies. I'd appreciate it if a mod could get in touch and help us contact account health via phone!

Listing Wrongfully Removed for Pesticide Approval

Hi there,

I’m facing an unresolved issue regarding my listing (ASIN: B0DRPSQZ8P), which has been incorrectly deactivated by Amazon.

Amazon is requiring me to submit pesticide-related approval documents, including information about U.S. residency and pesticide compliance. However, this product is a bed pillow made from shredded memory foam—it has absolutely no connection to pesticides, pest control, or any related claims.

I have followed up multiple times through Seller Support live chat and email, but the issue is still not resolved. Every time I contact support, I’m asked to wait while they "look into it," and then my case gets transferred to email, where no real response or action is taken.

Amazon & Retail Pricing Issue

Hello,

We’re expanding into more retail channels and have run into a pricing conflict with Amazon. Although our pack sizes differ, Amazon is still enforcing price parity with other retailers. For instance, we list a 5-pack at $24 on Amazon, while Target offers single bags at $3 each. Because Target has a $35 minimum cart value, shoppers can’t actually buy a single $3 bag with free shipping—even with Target Circle. Nevertheless, Amazon multiplies the Target unit price by five and pressures us to match $15, ignoring the larger size of our Amazon pack. As this is a food product, we can’t change the ingredients—only the sizing. I have downgraded from being a professional seller to an individual seller after many years. All I want to offer is the regular shipping option. I also don't want to sell internationally. From what I have found, I can't make a global change for the 300 items I'll continue to sell. If I have to change these 300 items individually, I'm going to quit selling on Amazon because I don't want to have a buyer choose a prohibitively expensive option.

I believe that I may have been given the chance to manage my shipping options when I downgraded the account, but I was given no warning that this was the only time to make global changes.
