We’re reaching out in urgent need of support regarding multiple Listing Policy Violations on our Account Health Dashboard, specifically flagged as “Product Detail Page Tampering” — and they are being applied against our own brand’s listings, which we created and own.
Despite being brand-registered and providing complete documentation multiple times, our cases have been repeatedly denied by Account Health support. We’ve included:
Official Trademark Registration Certificate
GS1 Company Prefix Certificate showing ownership of GTINs
Purchase Invoices clearly listing our branded products
Product Images showing brand name and packaging
Still, we keep receiving vague denials without specific reasons — and the violations remain open, impacting our account health and listings unfairly.
These ASINs were created by us and sold only under our registered brand. We believe the flags may be due to Amazon catalog data mismatches or historical contributions from other sellers prior to brand gating or registry.
