Hello, as the title states, amazon is not returning my inventory back to me,
a while ago my account got deactivated because of an authenticity complaint (long story but my supplier deceived me), i have been selling on amazon for a few years now and always delivered to a high standard.
fast forward to today, i've been asked to prove the authenticity of my remaining inventory via email, i have sent several invoices to amazon in which i have received no response.
whenever i open a case to try sort this issue out, the agents respond to me using copy and paste responses and im unable to respond to open cases because amazon keep closing them when i respond for some reason.
So how am i supposed to get this resolved then ?, the communication is poor and will result in my inventory being disposed of on 04/04/2025.
I just need someone from Amazon to help me work this out, i have all the documents requested i just cant get through to anyone.
