Hi there,

I hope someone can help me. I have been struggling to find a way to contact amazon, they have started charging me for FBA return goods for inventory that does not belong to me. I have been inactive with my seller account since late 2020 and should not have any fba goods in their warehouse, as I requested for them to be returned.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I know this is a place for warranted moaning and i do my fair share - but has anyone noticed how fast Amazon are receiving and processing FBA deliveries - I'm sending monday with UPS and its in and live by Thursday

We have sold USED-LIKE NEW item with condition notes stating that packaging will be damaged. We contacted customer prior to dispatch to confirm they are aware of this condition - NO RESPONSE.

Now the customer left a 1 star rating stating that we did not disclose item's condition till after dispatching it to him and the box is damaged!

Asked amazon to remove this as this is completely false, but amazon keeps on rejecting it and refusing to remove it!

A buyer has contacted me about a book parcel shown as delivered yesterday, but he says his building does not have a parcel reception area, which is what appears as proof of delivery on the RM tracking - the map image shows the location of delivery as being a couple of hundred yards up the road from the correct building - the buyer has opened an AZ but has also asked if I can sort this for him - the two things do not seem to sit well together. Am I right in thinking that if I organise for this to be redelivered correctly I am likely to say goodbye to the book and my payment - is it best to get RM to return to sender and get him to re-order it when I have it back?

Register Brand vs Generic for start up listing

Hi there, I am just starting up on Amazon and will be launching a new private branded product. The is mine that I have created, but is not registered or protected. I wondered whether it would be worth registering the brand, or if i am able to still list it on Amazon as it is without any issues. I get I am not protected if i list is as generic, but I cannot see anyone contesting the brand/logo. I want to see that the item works/sells before i register the trademark. If I am able to list it under generic (I wont use the brand name in the title or description), am I able to later change it to branded if I decide to register it? Appreciate any advice, thank you!

A to Z Amazon reponse, where!?

Can someone help. I currently have an open A to Z case.

I refunded a customer and deducted 10% from the refund as the product arrived back with us with damage to the box and a chip out of the paint on the item. I provided pictures etc of this. The customer has since opened an A to Z claiming item was different than what they ordered and they want a full refund.

I have presented my case, provided pictures and every time I go to look at the case it says I need to respond to Amazon but I cannot find messages anywhere or a response from them? Going crazy trying to figure out where these messages might be. Can someone point me in the right directly for A to Z messages?

We're a producer of English Sparkling Wine, enrolled in Brand Registry, and approved to sell Beer & Wine on Amazon. However, when listing our wines, we discovered we also needed approval for the Grocery & Gourmet Food sub-category.

After a lot of back and forth with Amazon Seller Support, we thought the issues were resolved, but now we're stuck with vague “computer says no” responses and seem to be at a bit of a dead-end. To clarify, our labels comply with all Food Standards Agency regulations, as well as the more stringent Wine GB PDO requirements.

Following advice from the forums, we deleted our listing and started over, hoping for a fresh chance. But Amazon’s response was:

“We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal, reply with new documents. Do not submit a new application.”

We’ve asked for clarification but haven’t been given any specifics on what else we need to provide. As an English Sparkling Wine producer, we can’t sell anything we make without the Grocery sub-category approval, which would seem to be the end of us selling anything on Amazon.

Has anyone experienced this? What can we do when specifically told not to submit a new application? I’ve seen that @Ezra_Amazon and other moderators in the forums have been able to help in cases like ours.

Any insights or advice would be much appreciated.

Amazon won't let me list a product but other sellers are selling it but for me it’s says restricted . When I spoke to customer service they told me to check and it will be available at some point. That was over a month ago and they still won't let me. Do you know why some sellers can listed it and others can't?
