Amazon EU Sàrl, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, a Luxembourg entity (“Amazon”) is the promoter and prize provider of this competition. No purchase or payment required to enter or win. I am successfully able to generate the access key, secret key, and session token. Additionally, I can retrieve the marketplace ID and seller information using the API without any issues. However, when I attempt to call the ProductListing API, I receive the following error message:

I have already granted the necessary permissions, and I also reauthorized the application. Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Help escalating A-Z Claim

Dispute A-Z Claim on order id 026-0350361-8740363. Customer had packaged delivered to freight forwarder. We have picture delivery confirmation from the carrier. Freight forwarder lost package and customer is now filing a-z claim. Need this appealed/escalated as they denied my appeal as i only used the given template.

Lost ALL BUY BOX (Featured Offer) in my StoreHello Amazon,ALL LISTING buy box are LOST. My account status is normal and healthy. This is seriously affecting my sales program and causing me a lot of loss. All of a sudden my featured offer eligibility is gone and I have no idea why. I will keep it brief,

MFN (non prime) order sent via Amazon Shipping.

Package reaches the local delivery hub to the customer and then no more scans/updates

EDD+7 (last estimated delivery date + 7 days) for this order is 28th November. Which is the this date Amazon Shipping then consider the package lost and will allow a claim for a lost package.

Meanwhile A/Z Claim opened on 24th November and found in favour of customer.

Customer wants the item - and was frustrated at the lack of information available from Amazon Customer services.

We do not think the customer opened the claim or asked for the claim to be opened.

But this a/z has left us a defect (even though sent by Amazon Shipping) and liablity for the refund (£74.00)

we appealed the a/z and received a patronising reply saying we had to despatch orders within 2 days . . . . and the defect stood.

One of the comments on the opening of the a/z claim from amazon customer support was that the order had invalid tracking which is why the claim was being opened - "as all orders had to have valid tracking."

the tracking on the order is correct and shows multiple scans within Amazon Shipping.

All my competitors, successful competitors, seem to have only 50 keywords.

What do I need to know?

GPSR and excluding NI as a Handmade seller in UK

I think I need to stop my items showing for sale in NI because of the new GPSR regs coming in. However I can't see a way to do this.

I sell on Handmade and don't have shipping profiles, my shipping charges are set by Amazon. I don't get to change them and I don't have a list of countries to tick/untick. Does this mean that I can't exclude NI? How can I be compliant for GPSR?

today I've received this message:

"Amazon shows £16.99 but I have been charged £23. Have I been incorrectly charged?".

This message came from a customer who had just bought a new book from me.

My reply has been: "Dear customer, the price of our copy is £.23. that of Amazon is £16.99.

We are a third party seller. If you have changed your mind, you may contact customer's service of Amazon.".

What do you think the customer will do, next? What should I do? Should I worry?

Hallo zusammen,

seit paar Wochen werden bei unseren Mitarbeitern in der Seller App die Verkaufszahlen in einer Grafik auf der Startseite angezeigt.

Die Berechtigung dafür hatten wir entzogen, vor 4 wochen wurden dort auch nur die offenen Bestellungen angezeigt.

Wir wollen nicht das unsere Mitarbeiter die exakten Umsatzzahlen sehen.

Hat sonst noch jemand das selbe Problem?
