Hi,

Case ID for brand registry app: 10653121052

My application status is: Pending Under Review but i had received a email saying:

(We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason(s): )

I had kind of rushed this application and wasn't providing the accurate information but pretty much is declined but i have the correct stuff now to re-submit but i cannot as this is still "under review" but i had received an answer regarding it.

- Can anyone push it at Declined so i am able to re-apply

My fault. I should have packed and shipped the people playing football in the main picture and sent them to the customers, so that they would not file a claim of "the product name is the same, but not the description on the webpage". Amazon would not ask why you did not refund my customer, he was not satisfied, oh, why don't you refund him? It's all your fault! You should not get the goods! You should bear all the losses!

Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us with time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days. If more time is needed for your temporary review, we will let you know. While your account is under review, funds will remain in your account. However, you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period.

For more information, go to "Funds disbursement eligibility policy":

Once we confirm delivery of recent seller-fulfilled orders, you may proceed with funds disbursements according to your regular disbursement schedule. If you have outstanding un-shipped or open orders during this time, continue to fulfill these orders. Evidence of delivery will help speed up the review of your account.

We used a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify and decide this issue.

Listing removed due to PCRP restrictions

Good evening,  I am writing regarding my product which is inactive and I want it to be active again. The product which I want to be active again. I understand the reason why it is not active because I accidentally (not knowing the Amazon policy) added this product inside another listing and sold it as a bundle. It was my first time not knowing the rules and regulation. I lacked awareness. I have recalled all of my inventory and it is not on amazon as I wanted to start again. I want my product to be active again, I would like someone to assist me and help me get my product active so I can start selling it on Amazon. This was one of my most successful products which I sold all the time and it stopped once I created it as bundle with other product. I wish to go back to how it was when I was selling this on its own. Hoping to hear from anyone to support me.

Brand Registry Instant Rejection

Hi, I have recently applied for a trademark on a new brand I have started but my application has been automatically rejected, I have appealed and followed the guide given as to what I had done wrong on the application but now the replies I have received are saying this:

We’ve reviewed and found that applications can be declined under certain circumstances. This account has been involved in abusive conduct on our websites, or is related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct.

I've been selling on Amazon for over a year and have never been abusive so I am really confused by how I can sort this issue out. Every reply is a stock answer with no direction on what to do.

Does anyone have any advice please

Storage fee , no inventory to select

Deactivated account due to not having a uk vat number , i do not want to sell anything on amazon any more , no inventory on my dashboard , selected disposal for inventory 5 months ago yet still being charged 30 euros a month for long term storage. Had enough of this . Going to contact my bank to refuse payments to amazon.

Amazon crushing small businesses

Amazon are thieves and there is nothing we can do about it because they are all powerful.

I sold on there for over 2 years with no issues, good performance and good reviews. Yet on the busiest weekend of the year (11thDecember) they decide to deactivate my account due to an IP complaint, which they call 'counterfeit goods'. Because 9 prints I sold had the same pattern, I was flagged for 9 policy violations. I appealed and thought that it was sorted, removed the listings, and anything remotely similar. They let me continue selling, and then suddenly deactivated my account. Because I sell framed prints, most of the £1,800 they tied up was not profit, but postage and frames that I had paid for and that people had received. The frames were not counterfeit which are the most expensive part of the orders. The prints cost pennies in comparison.

They recently did the same to my fathers business, and he never got his money back either. It seems to be a trend, crush small businesses and replace them with Chinese sellers or Amazon listings - in fact I later saw a similar poster to mine that seemingly was fine? The fact they can literally break a whole thriving business with the click of their finger, and no proper recourse is criminal and surely if not illegal then highly immoral. They should be held to account. Our laws were not made to factor in these e-commerce giants.

Add in the fact that they themselves are the biggest tax dodgers and treat their staff like rubbish shows the character of their company.

2 years with them and they take the word of someone else without even giving us the proper respect to even communicate or investigate. It is just computer says no, appeal is wrong, needs more information (that you inevitably cannot provide.)

Shame on you Amazon. I have a severely disabled son who used to love making posters and putting them into frames and packing them with me. I am just a Dad trying to make ends meet by selling my art online, and you rip that away right before Christmas.

Shame.

As I send all parcels with Tracked 48, it's harder to claim no delivery and now I am getting strange unbelievable stories to get a refund. The most popular is that they have ordered several times and I have always sent them the wrong item, they never complained before but now they are fed up, they want some money back. There is no record of them buying more than once and everyone so far told me that I sent them an item that I don't even sell or doesn't exist. They can't even do their research right.

We desperately need a way to flag buyers, I would definitely flag this behaviour as they are likely to try it with other sellers. Buyers can rate sellers (often unfairly), I don't see why we can't flag a buyer that is obviously trying to scam.
