The issue began when customer places an order for Gaming PC and I delivered it via self ship. I have video of all the components and delivery received proof, within a day he filed a return citing product doesn't work. After about 7 days the system returned back to me and when I opened it I found the graphics card, power supply unit and SSD taken by the customer and the remaining sent. I use Delhivery as my courier partner and never had any problem with them wrt items missing and they are very professional. Even before receiving the product the customer filed a AtoZ claim because he knows the system and wants to cheat the seller. After submission of all the evidence and photos, the customer has falsely claimed that he has not received the components whereas in the undertaking on the courier he has signed and declared that all the components are present. He is lying and blatantly wants the product for free. Now Amazon has not even considered the evidence I have submitted and without giving a chance to appeal they directly issued refund to the customer and making my account balance negative. Spoke multiple times to seller support executives but they have no control over anything and keep reading from guidelines. Iam willing to press charges against the customer because this is clearly not the way business is done. I would like someone from the upper hierarchy in the organisation to intervene and resolve the issue since this is clearly a case of cheating by the customer and I cannot sell the remaining components because we sell only new PCs. I would also want to Appeal to Jeff Bezos that if this is the way sellers are treated unfairly no one in the industry would want to do business with Amazon as a seller. Please remember that being a customer centric company doesn't mean you ruin a sellers business.

Fraud returns and no verification before refund

hello

I have had 2 cases where customer took product and filed return saying they dint receive product infact one was cash on delivery and tracking shows its delivered . Amazon blindly gave them refund and when i communicated with one customer saying they returned a broken wire instead of product or wrong item they claimed to have received amazon raised violation warning to me instead

No help from seller support and safety claim is just refund of shipping amount .

Is this a new way of scamming sellers or is it just delivery agents failure to check return. ?

Very Bad suspicious Courier Return Deliveries

Hi everyone, I do not know whether we alone are facing this serious need of an hour issue or anyone else is also facing. We are dealing in Beauty Category. All the Courier Returns we are receiving are totally opened, EVEN THE PRODUCTS LYING INSIDE ARE ALSO OPENED, THEIR SEALING TAPES OR HOLOGRAMS ARE ALSO OPENED. And we receiving like this for last 15 days. We are complaining this, but getting ZERO Results. If you want to check the product inside corrugated boxes, what is the need to tear off its sealing tapes or Hologram Tapes. Who so ever is doing this, is totally destroying our products resulting in non-sellable units.

Amazon needs to pay attention into this matter.Regards

Stop Punishing Sellers for Wrong Returns!

Sellers on Amazon are losing money because of unfair return charges.

Let’s understand with a simple example:

You sell a product for ₹1000 (lets assume a mixer grinder)

Amazon charges ₹220 for shipping (because the item is big)

A buyer returns a wrong item — a tiny thing like a charger

Even though the returned item is small, Amazon still takes ₹220 as shipping charge from you.

Now let’s see what you get back:

Amazon gives you a refund of ₹600 as safety claim (because the return was wrong)

But they also cut ₹220 for shipping

So, you only get ₹380

Generally the product cost is higher than this because sellers keep minimum margin to sell their product in this tough competitive marketplace — even though it was not your fault!

This is unfair. Amazon should not charge full shipping fees when a wrong product is returned. Sellers need support, not losses!

A customer complaint about product authenticity, and as a result, Amazon deactivated the SKU’s listing. Now, to reactivate it, we need to submit an appeal. However, Amazon is asking for invoices from the supplier for the past 365 days, which isn’t possible because we are the manufacturer of the product. We have already submitted documents such as the company registration certificate, ISO 9001 certification, and trademark application, but Amazon replied that the information provided is not sufficient. What is the solution to this?

I just wanted to know that how can i check that my laiting is optimized and how can i run ads.....I am facing too much loss because i run ads for 3000 and get orders worth 3500-4000 only.....Because of that i am facing issues

I have no words to say , It's been almost 20 days and amazon couldn't even solve a simple error . whenever customer try to checkout any item from my inventory they get Error " It's Rush hour ...." i have no sales from the last 20 days . i requested many times to seller support team but they are keep saying to wait and wait . Amazon has no responsibility towards the sellers .
