Dear Amazon Support Team,

I have had this account for a couple years and have been wanting to start selling again. Right before I activated my account, I was hit with another suspension regarding a related account/multiple accounts violation. Although I'm still unsure of the details, my personal research has led me to believe that this might be connected to a global account issue. I have submitted numerous appeals and they have all been declined and replied with" your other account must successfully remediate outstanding policy violations and be in good standing." I have logged into my other global accounts (which I didn't know I even had), and they are all deactivated over the same reasons. How do I fix this problem that I didn't even create? I don't recall even signing up for a global account and in my opinion Amazon makes it to easy to sign up for one which can result with a misclick. I want to start selling again as soon as possible. Thank You.

I am writing to find out if anyone working for Amazon or not can help us correct this very serious issue where a Chinese seller account hijacked an established listing with thousands of reviews and monthly sales. Amazon is now requesting that I provide a brand authorization letter from this Chinese entity.

We are an authorized brand seller and possess letters of authorization from the manufacturer.

All product images on the Amazon detail pages and descriptions are accurate; however, the Chinese seller managed to update the brand, and now it is GATED according to seller support.

Please help fix this, as we have thousands of this SKU in FBA warehouses.

Amazon order 114-1192434-4765842 - Buyer tried to return a completely used, neglected and damaged item. Our return dept refused the delivery of the damaged return shipment.

Buyer opened a claim and we immediately send all information to the claims dept with images of the return shipment and Freight company document confirming we have refused the delivery of the neglected item.

On Sun, Jun 15, 7:43 PM, We received an email from A TO Z Guarantee confirming this claim was closed but today I see the buyer has received a FULL refund for this order.

is this a glitch by A to Z claims dept..?

Now the buyer has a full refund and a $1,670.20 order.

Why do Vine orders now show up as sales?

Following up on this thread which is now closed and never saw any reply from Amazon

It used to be $0 and that made analytics easy. Now Amazon overstates my revenue. There is no revenue on Vine orders - so why did Amazon change this? Is this a bug?

I"m sick and tired of the ludicrous charges using 'buy shipping', I'm seeing charges of over $40-$50 on a single shipment that's under 12" and under a lb....we are unable to appeal or fight these and I saw somewhere on this forum that if we use the Veeqo shipping we won't see those ridiculous charges....so I tried Veeqo today but it won't let me change the size of my shipping label. I use two different laser printers, I get my labels really cheap using the 2 per page 8 1/2 x 11, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get Veeqo to print on those labels....is it really such a stupid program that we're not even able to change our label size? or am I missing something?

AMAZON, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HAVING THE WORLD'S WORST SELLER SUPPORT?

HAVING SOLD ON AMAZON FOR 15 YEARS, I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS CONTACTS WITH SELLER SUPPORT, WHICH IS NOTHING BUT A CRUEL JOKE. FIRST, THE AMAZON CONTACTS CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND BE UNDERSTOOD. SECOND, THEY KNOW ALMOST NOTHING ABOUT HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AND SEEM TO ACT AS THOUGHT THEY HAVE A SCRIPT IN FRONT OF THEM. THIRD, THEY SWITCH CASES BACK AND FORTH WITHIN THE STAFF, SO THERE'S NO CONTINUITY. FOURTH, THEY HAVE NO ABILITY TO PASS ALONG SUGGESTIONS AND CONCERNS OR EVEN ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING POLICY. FIFTH, MOST EMAILS FROM SELLER SUPPORT CAN'T BE ANSWERED. SIXTH, EVIDENTLY NO ONE AT AMAZON READS ANY SELLER MESSAGES ON THIS FORUM ABOUT POOR SELLER SUPPORT.

AMAZON, YOUR SELLERS ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS, TOO. THEY DESERVE A COOPERATIVE PARTNER. IF THEY DON'T GET IT, THEY LEAVE, SO YOUR OWN INCOME IS CUT.

Case ID: 17898085841

This product has been identified as an unapproved drug containing progesterone, an active pharmaceutical ingredient by Amazon team and it was taken down. It is just herbal cream and *no ingredients* contain anything Amazon is claiming. We provided the ingredient list and made necessary adjustments to the listing copy. All of the changes we made are reflecting in the back end.

Amazon continues to send the template/default messages without even reviewing our submissions. It is very frustrating

Please, help.

Sudden drop in sales

Has anyone else seen a sudden drop in sales? Our have dropped almost to zero sales. Called Amazon Seller support many times and they keep saying nothing wrong. But it is unbelievable as we are not getting any sales. Prior to this all our FBA inventory showed up as zero. We have also increased ad spend but the result is almost non-existent sales. Which is bizarre. Feels like an Amazon system glitch. Sales dropped by 3000+ USD! Very bad for small businesses. Please provide any suggestions or actions we can take to address this. Amazon partner support is no help. We have many products meeting deals criterion but we can't create any either.
