Inbound Shipment to FBA Centre - cancellation

Hi,

I have a question regarding the FBA shipment to cancel. I have prepared the product and created the shipment label to dispatch for the FBA centre using the Amazon approved courier UPS. But now when I went to drop off the parcel none of them receiving the drop of parcel in my area. Parcel is not that big its measurements are (30*35*40)cm. Now I am thinking to cancel the shipment and create a new workflow to use the different courier e.g ParcelForce, FedEx etc.

The question is, if I cancel the FBA shipment will it effect on my seller health, or I am good to cancel and regenerate a new shipment label?

it’s beyond unreasonable. We’re also seeing these "adjustments" backdated to last year with absolutely no prior warning. They’ve hit us with an oversized parcel charge, totaling around £184,000, which came out of nowhere. It’s especially frustrating since the original charges were billed at agreed rates (which we paid in full). Now, they’re claiming adjustments with rates nearly tripe the cost of Evri's standard fees.

The lack of transparency in their billing process makes it feel like they’re just adding arbitrary costs months after the fact. It seems like they’re putting smaller sellers at risk with these unpredictable adjustments, and I think it’s important we all voice this unfair treatment. We’re escalating the complaint to the CMA as well—if others are facing the same issues, it might be worth pushing back collectively to get a fair resolution.

Outing the Scammers

Hi All

Are you like me, fed up to the back teeth with buyers trying it on for refunds through false INR claims.

One yesterday & another two today all proved false by copy / pasting a scan of the Royal Mail delivery, date, time & GPS drop pin. Amazon are encouraging this behaviour & whilst they say that they take these matters seriously I have yet to see evidence of Amazon intervention & I feel it's time that these scammers were outed for what they are!

I saw a story on TV last week about a convivence store putting photos of shoplifters in his shop window. Thieves were coming in & saying that they would pay for goods in return for their photo being taken out of the window.

This got me thinking, How would sellers feel about sharing data of buyers who have been caught out. I am not suggesting full names & address but perhaps something like

E.JONES, KT12 6NR claimed INR for a book on ...... etc

The list could be added to all the time & help to highlight repeat offenders. You can better your bottom dollar that this will attract the attention of moderators, but perhaps that is not a bad thing because it's high time that Amazon dealt with these individuals.

Let me know if there is an appetite for this too happen & we will make it happen!

Hi,

I have listed an item tonight with a massive mistake with the price and need to immediately edit it.

It is not showing in my inventory or in any of the suppressed / potential duplicates or filters etc.. yet it is still live and several people have order the product :(

I tried adding the product again in the hope that this would throw up a duplicate and allow me to delete the incorrectly listed item, this didnt happen and now the product is live twice!

Can someone help please?

Trading on Amazon for a long time and at one point turning over circa £750k pa but due to payment changes and margin erosion we are leaving. Amazon are buying from the same suppliers and wholesalers as we are and due to all the undercutting and negative margin sales by Amazon we have pulled the account. Its a real shame as its been good most of the time (as you know dealing with Amazon generally and seller support is often a challenge) but off to concentrate on new opportunities. Best of luck all.

ORDER CANCELLED BUT BOOK ALREADY IN THE POST

My apologies if this topic has already been address but I can't find my exact query. I took a book order to the Post office ( paid Royal mail postage- not through Amazon) and by the time I got back the order was cancelled. I looked through the Amazon help pages and could not find out quite what to do in this circumstance, so I marked as shipped and then thought I ought to contact the buyer to apologise and explain. The contact options had been blanked out, so I contacted seller support who referred me to customer services, who sent me back to seller support. It is obvious to me now that I should have marked as dispatched before I actually sent it, but we very rarely get cancellations and this has never arisen before. ( mea culpa). Does anyone know how to contact a buyer once the item has been marked as dispatched without incurring the wrath of Amazon??? Thanks....

Secondary user - add products

I have recently been successfully added as a secondary user to a Seller Account. The primary user has granted me all permissions, but I still can’t add products or contact customer service for example.

Is this because my account is still being verified? I can’t find any proof of this.

Hi. New to Amazon and finding it incredibly difficult. Very long winded, difficult to navigate - particularly variations which I've given up on and having issues with dimensions on the description. For some reason it won't let me select a unit other than cm - that's all that appears and if I type in Inches - it says no results found. Very very frustrating and taking up so much of my time which I don't really have spare.

Anyway, unable to email support because it wants an AISN no which I don't use as my products are handmade by me. Anyone know what's going on and how to rectify please?
