Hi there - Tagging @Seller_NGsbQYFacZKVLas I've noticed you've helped escalate with a previous post. I have case 17626109061 open for an ASIN that has been under review for over 2 months. I've called the Amazon Account Health team to check on the status and they can never get back to me with a timeframe when the review will be completed. They keep telling me they will escalate to get this done. I've submitted all of the required documents. Why is this taking so long? Why can't Amazon provide an SLA? This is extremely frustrating and has caused me quite a bit of lost sales as I was expecting to sell my product for Easter. Can you please help with the approval? Thank you in advance.

I have a fresh and new FBM account, My listing are live from a week still no sales bsr's are good too (27200)( 32500) bought 1000+ last month, My prices are the lowest, buy box flips but I am not able to win it even though my handling time is 2 days I am delivering faster I am a new seller I get that still it was never this slow any tips and tricks will be appreciated

Please note that this was our very first review on Amazon, which has been confirmed in an email from Amazon. I lost all my feature offer on my FBM listings, I contacted account health team and seller support, they all confirmed that my account has no health issue.

I am a Fulfilled By Merchant and Customer Service By Merchant vendor that manufactures only Custom Order products made to order in the Amazon Handmade department. Amazon policy for Custom Order Listings is that they are not returnable to protect the merchants from wasting manufacturing time, materials, and shipping money only to have customers cancel/return the products. Two customers were able to manipulate the system this week and subvert the policy, resulting in them receiving both the products and refunds, taken out of my bank account without my permission or involvement. Safe T claims are repeatedly denied, despite obvious fraud and supporting evidence submitted.

1) Case #1 (55769-78960-4985422)

Customer received refund exception by fraudulently reporting the order as damaged FOUR DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY. How can they know the order was damaged before receiving it? They cannot. Customer service was supposed to be routed to me, but Amazon instead granted the refund without even consulting the tracking data, which showed the item as in transit to be delivered four days later. Safe T claim denied. Request for return of merchandise denied also, stating "This Item Is Not Returnable".

2) Case #2 (89469-30935-4528851)

Customer picked up item at USPS post office in person, requiring them to present government issued photo ID and sign for parcel. Customer used the item for two weeks after pickup, then filed and obtained a refund exception from Amazon by claiming the item was not delivered. The item could not be lost, stolen, or misdelivered if they picked it up in person from the post office. Safe T claim denied. Request for return of merchandise denied also, stating "This item is not returnable".

What is the point of having protective policies, if the customer service representatives can subvert them to enable obvious fraud and theft? I did EVERYTHING correctly and on time, only to still get screwed. The customers should not be able to have the merchandise and the money. That is theft. Why am I being stolen from and forced to perform free slave labor by Amazon? The fact that there is no remedy to this loophole is ridiculous.

We also encountered product safety and compliance issues.

Previously, when encountering this issue, Amazon would provide case or performance notifications. Then submit the relevant documents to Amazon for review within a certain deadline. If there are no issues with the file, it can be reviewed and approved.

However, this year, on May 22, 2025, for the same issue, Amazon directly issued a performance notification and removed the ASIN of the product. There is an appeal portal for account status. But unfortunately, the documents were submitted. Amazon directly replied that due to product safety issues, they will not review any documents.

That's really outrageous. Sellers are allowed to submit materials for appeal, but Amazon does not provide review documents directly. It's really terrible.
