Merhaba arkadaşlar hayırlı satışlar dilerim. Kurumsal faturalı satışlarda müşteriler ürünü iade faturası kesmeden iade ediyor amazon ürünün iadesini direkt kabul ediyor para iadesi yapıyor ve süreç tamamlanıyor ama bizim fatura ortada kalıyor firmamız satmadığı ürünün kdvsini ödüyor bu da haksız bir durum ve mağduriyet oluşturuyor. Fba gönderim olduğu için müşteri telefonu yok istesek amazon vermiyor siz ulaşın diyoruz ona da yok peki bu durumu çözün diyoruz ona da yok müşteriye mesaj atıyoruz dönüş yok yasalara göre diğer platformlarda olduğu gibi önce müşteri iade faturasını kesip sonra iade yapmalı burada kanuni bir sıkıntı da bulunmaktadır. Amazon yetkililerine bu durumu çözmeleri için uyarıda bulunuyorum.Sizler bu durumu nasıl çözüyorsunuz. Bilgi verebilirseniz sevinirim.

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Amazon seller account.

Currently, I am unable to access my account due to a billing verification hold. The message I receive is:

"Billing verification required – For your security, your orders are on hold while we verify your billing information. We have sent you an email with instructions to verify your billing information and ship your orders."

As a result, I have lost access to multiple marketplaces (Canada, Mexico, Australia, Singapore), and I can only access the UAE marketplace. However, I am not able to complete the verification process due to this restricted access.

At this point, I no longer wish to continue selling on Amazon and I would like to permanently close my seller account. For that, I kindly request that you temporarily (for at least 24–48 hours) restore full access to my account so I can log in and close it properly.

Please understand that this is not a request to reactivate the account for ongoing use — I only need access in order to properly terminate the account myself and ensure all data and settings are finalized.

I would highly appreciate your assistance with this.

Customer Give Wrong Review

Customer purchase measuring tape from me FBA product and post review that

"you mentioned it is for 10L diesel but on the box it says 5L diesel, i am not sure about other specifics if they are accurate, i opened the box, how can return it back"

However, we do not carry any product in that description. It seems this may have been intended for a different seller. Due to this review amazon send warning to me that my account will be suspended & deactivated. kindly solve the issue.

my orders never Picked up !

hi did any one face issues with order Pick up ! , i lost two orders due to easy ship - courier never show up - contact ed me to pick up the order - after i raised so many complains it ends up with NOTHING ! i m not sure what amazon support team doing

amzon charged me every order - and im claiming two cases for now due to this UNRESOLVED issue

I am listing or adding my generic products in amazon but always there is an listing issue and product is being inactive and when I want to edit the product details its ask for approval but this is generic product listed by me. none other is listing these products.

Most of our products have been closed and we got a message saying we need "Approval to Sell." But we can see that other sellers are still selling the same products on Amazon.

Can you please explain why this happened and how we can get approval to sell again?

We really need your help to fix this because it’s affecting our business.

Our listing was recently removed because a buyer filed a complaint claiming our product is fake. However, there was no proof, evidence, or any valid reference provided with the complaint. We want to clarify that our product is 100% authentic and sourced directly from an authorized and certified distributor. This isn’t the first time this has happened with the same brand, and it’s really affecting our business and damaging our reputation unfairly. We kindly ask you to review this situation again and help us reinstate the listing.
