Dear Amazon,

Thank you for your attention to this matter. For the past six months, I've tried to show Amazon Seller Support and internal teams that they are misinterpreting and misapplying an FDA policy. Despite this, I keep receiving the same response, often copied and pasted. It's evident that Amazon’s employees do not fully understand the policy and are consistently restricting our wellness products under an FDA regulation that doesn't pertain to them and is not relevant.

Hi, I live in the UK and currently sell on Amazon usa market as an individual. now i want to know if I open a UK Ltd (Limited Company) can I operate my Amazon USA account under that company. I would like to know if this is possible. Can I operate my Amazon USA business using a UK Ltd? Thank You

Amazon have kept all my funds again. I can understand holding a percentage, but keeping all my money like crooks is unacceptable. How can my business function?

I need to have some funds released please as soon as possible and I want to make a complaint.

I have no violations but my account has been deactivated I still have over £600 in the account that I would like to retrieve. The last email I had said that the hold on the funds had been lifted but I my need further verification , I have provided all the required ID but when I go to notifications and account health and click on reactivate account I get this message below. If somebody could contact me and talk me through what I need to do .

I pressed the transfer account button then the page crashed and then my account has gone like deactivated. I have sold for over 14 years on amazon . i have reached out to seller support to reverse whatever happened but they cant. Im amazed just by pressing one wrong button i could put the account in this situation.

Im extrememly worried as all my sales are paused - fbm and fba and we do hundreds- thousands of orders a day. I just need the account reactivated its all the same business details - nothing has changed, if anyone can help please- i cant sleep with panic.

I run into the bottleneck and it keeps me freaking out. What is the best way to solve it?

FYI, I gave a shot to add the user with a completely different email that my Seller Central got.
