Account Deactivation Due to Pricing Error
by Seller_j4BqwCQlUdCZY

My account has been deactivated due to a rookie mistake a pricing error. Unfortunately, this led to the cancellation of a significant number of orders relative to those successfully fulfilled.

I would like to kindly ask for clarification:

Is this deactivation permanent or temporary?

Is there any possibility of reactivating my account?

Please note that the pricing error has been corrected, and I am committed to preventing such mistakes in the future.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Amazon ran Black Friday Deals without our Consent
by Seller_ba1tDGXqm0zHK

To whom it may concern,

A mistake was made on Amazon's side by either human error or a bug in Amazon's system which listed some of our product at a much lower price (even lower than our product cost) even though we never agreed to run black friday deals.

We have then chatted and opened a case with Amazon (case ID: 10537572922) and were told that they've found the error and we should process the 1000 orders that came in at a lower price and they will oen up to their mistake and refund us the difference in price.

However, a couple of days later, another person contacted us through the same case to say the mistake is no longer Amazon's and no refund will be given.

So now we've processed orders even though we lose a lot of money for every single one of them and Amazon is now putting the blame on us and no longer wants to refund the difference. They're the one who told us in the first place to process orders as normal and promised to refund the difference.

Another suggestion from Amazon was to cancel all orders which will surely result in our account suspension with little chance to appeal their decision.

So what do we do from there? We clearly never accepted and/or consented to run Black Friday deals as our margin are already very tight and we believe we can't be blamed and take the hit while paying for Amazon's mistake just to save Amazon's reputation.

Can someone at Amazon please help us with this ASAP?

Kind regards

Found an interesting seller on 21 November 2024 on an ASIN, selling very cheap, much below cost.

The selling price was so low that I decided to check them out. To my surprise their Companies House registration number displayed on Amazon showed the company was dissolved in December 2023, almost a year ago!

What happened to Amazon's verification checks?

Has anyone seen something like this before?

Sales way down on this time last year.
by Seller_0lQP368tpx7Wc

My sales both FBA and FBM over the last 2 months are 40% down on this time last year, is anyone else finding this dramatic drop. I have 100% buy box on the majority of my listings.

By the way, this forum is not half as good as it used to be, eg, there isn't a category to fit this post, I wonder why?

I’ve just recently ordered some new products from my wholesalers and listed them on Amazon. The sales for these items have been flooding in over the last few days, and I’ve come to realise that there’s only myself selling these on FBM and Amazon themselves FBA.

The release date for these products is December 23rd. I’ve had a lot of orders for the product but I’m nervous about waiting until late December to ship as these products are available on the manufacturer’s website, eBay and other sites for delivery in the next few days and I don’t want cancellations when people realise they can buy them elsewhere.

I really want to ship them out, but with them being an Amazon pre-order, would this be against the rules? I’ve been trying to Google since last night but can’t find anything

Royal Mail buy shipping report
by Seller_CLmNsySJDC75g

There is nowhere on amazon or royal mail that provides a report for the cost for each order unless you go in manually to each order. Has anyone figured out a way around this yet as im trying to work out profits and cannot work it out accurately without this.

Thanks

{personal data, link removed}

How is this seller still able to sell on Amazon?

Since August they have not had 1 positive feedback, every single one is the same story. They are sending envelopes saying "item is out of stock" instead of the physical product. This is deceivingly bypassing the SFP despatch rate/on time delivery metrics.

Also the feedback keeps showing this as a fulfilment issue when it is clearly not and just a scam by the seller.

I know multiple other sellers who have complained about this seller but nothing has happened, it does not take a genius to look at the feedback and see what is happening. Why is it so hard for Amazon to look into this fraudulent actions?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about Amazon-generated SKUs and the impact of deleting them. Recently, I noticed a few SKUs in my inventory that were automatically created by Amazon. Some of these are tied to products I no longer sell or were created in error during setup.

Before taking any action, I want to understand the consequences. Specifically:

• If I delete an Amazon-generated SKU that currently has no stock, will it clear all inventory tied to that SKU?

• For FBA, does the stock associated with a deleted SKU remain in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, or is it automatically removed?

• How should leftover inventory be handled for such SKUs?

I want to ensure this process doesn’t impact my store’s performance. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
